My go-to company for business Internet, telecoms and tech services
Been working with Lee, Natalie and the team now for a number of years and contract renewals- spot on service and diverse range of options. Also use these guys for our office 365- love the fact I don’t have to deal with anyone other than Pace, no long call queues, no indian call centres- just good old locals! Bravo.

Apologies for the late response.
Unfortunately there is very little we can do as it is not us who is holding you to the renewal of the contract (to which you have admitted you signed) it is Plan.com. to whom we no longer trade with.
The only thing we can suggest you can do is null and void the contract with Plan.com by emailing their customer services to this email address help@plan.com as A H CONISBEE & CO LIMITED Company number 05731739 is no longer trading & the company status is in Liquidation. This will release you personally of any further responsibility of the contract.
*Edit* We can see you have spoken directly to Plan.com regarding your issues and given them a 5 star review on Trustpilot dated the 10 June 2020 so therefore would conclude any issues have now been resolved.

I can't speak highly enough about the service we have received over the years. We are an innovative company and need to upgrade our smartphones constantly to keep up to date with apps etc. May I say both Lee and Nataile are a pleasure to deal with , nothing is too much trouble. Technical support with broken iPhone
Pace Comms have always given me the best possible help and support with technical and account problems I have had, especially whilst travelling when things have gone horribly wrong. They have also gone above and beyond the call of duty to assist when my iPhone was broken. The customer service and patience has been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them to both Personal and Business account holders.
