Great products, good online and instore service

Oz hair and beauty is my number 1 online beauty stop. Everything is reasonably priced but I can always count on getting my items nice and quickly thanks to their quick postage.
It would be nice to see an even bigger range of products so I can buy most of my beauty needs here.

I’ve bought in store at Marrickville Metro and online and both experiences work so well. In store the girls are so helpful and knowledgeable about all products and it’s very easy with online purchase , just click and collect. Always a nice bonus of a $5 gift card tucked into the bag! happy shoping online. just one things that when i checked my order history, its quite not convenient to see the order list, in my account the old order was sit on top and the latest order was at the bottm . i had raise this issue twice.

Edited to add: they initially sent me an email offering some freebies in exchange for a review. I never received them, so I emailed to ask about it and never received a reply. I would have left them a positive review either way because the products are great, delivery is fast etc, but why offer sonething if you weren't planning to send it?

Great range of products and really easy online shopping experience. The website is easy to navigate, there's always lots of deals/specials, pricing is competitive and delivery is pretty fast (usually 2-3 days for me). I particularly love the Muk products. The hair masks and leave in conditioners are so so good, and I've tried a lot of brands! In terms of the delivery, the items are always packed well, and I love that sometimes you get some free samples, as that's how I often find new products to obsess over 😂.

Every time I order something it gets delivered in a few days. Products are all authentic! They also have a huge range and there are always sales. Would highly recommend!

I always order my hair care products through Oz hair and beauty, I always love a good sale and such a wide range of products to choose from.
I love the option of click and collect as well as delivery…I can’t fault how quickly the items are shipped to you within days..so quick.

Honestly there isn’t much at fault with this store. If anything the stores don’t carry what you can get online. Both mine and my wife’s shampoo and conditioner is only online and we have a store in our suburb. In saying that we have found that delivery is usually pretty quick. When checking out online the postage goes straight to express and sometimes I pay for it by mistake when it says I qualify for free delivery
