I have been purchasing my hair products for many years from Oz Hair and Beauty as they offer a good range of products and often have special deals which I appreciate as I buy a LOT of products to control my very thick and curly hair. Orders are delivered very quickly which has not been my experience with some other companies. I also like the freebies/samples that are regularly included.

The staff member knew what products would best suit my hair. They showed me options at different price points.

This is hard to rate as I visited two very different stores on the one day. One was great and the other was meh. The Rouse Hill store assistant was very helpful and insightful about my hair issues and sold me an anti-humidity spray. The sales assistant at the Castle hill store was young, rude and clearly didn’t love her job. Even my daughter commented on her rudeness as we walked away. I should have been issued a gift at the time but didn’t receive it either.

The sales person was very friendly and approachable and she asked me if I needed help. She showed me a few different options of what I needed and assisted me on my purchase.

Have shopped in store for years and more recently the new Miranda store. The staff is lovely and so helpful!
