Oz Hair and Beauty are the whole package. Amazing customer service in-store and when ordering online, the speed of delivery is amazing!!! All products are at the best prices available. I'll never go anywhere else for my hair and beauty products again. Highly recommend 👌

I really like shopping with Oz Hair and Beauty because they always have great deals and free products when you spend over a certain amount, and the freebies are actually really good, not cheap samples. The discounts are great, the products are high quality, and my hair looks amazing and feels super nice after using them, so I’m definitely going to keep buying from them.

I placed a click & collect order as the website showed all items in stock at the store for next day pickup. After 3 days with no update, I called and was told the items weren’t actually in store and had to be ordered in, with a 5 day wait. If i had known there'd be a wait I would've gone another route.

As a result, I’ve had to purchase the product elsewhere. Clear and accurate stock information is really important. I've had good experiences in the past so this was just dissapointing.

Update: it's been three weeks and i've heard nothing. I called the shop and asked for a status update, they said it was in store after 3 weeks of ordering but they didn't email me when it came in. I requested a refund.

Been purchasing for Oz Hair and Beauty for years. Always great purchases and and speedy delivery. Even better now with a click and collect from store.

I have shopped with OzH&B both in store and online. In either scenario I always get outstanding service from these lovely people.

For my last online order, I had a question about an Alfaparf Milano product which was answered quickly using the chat with us function on the website. My head nearly spun off my neck with the speed of the delivery (next day!).

As for in store interactions with OzH&B staff, they are such gorgeous humans. I visited the Woden, ACT, store the last couple of times I was in Canberra - they are always ready with a smile and provide efficient, helpful service.

Terrible service. I have been waiting for over a week for my multi-hundred dollar order to be shipped and apart from a single vague and unhelpful response to my follow up some days ago, nothing has happened and they have failed to respond to my further queries.

I will never buy from this store again and will do my best to make sure no one I know does either.

My items came packed safely and on time. It was an easy choose and checkout process online. Love my new Davroe products. Great descriptions online to help me choose what I needed too!

Oz Hair and beauty is a fabulous company to shop with. Why?, ease of shopping on their website, contact with someone to chat to if needed, always good stock and very fast delivery. I live in country Victoria so going to a shop takes a lot of time, so being able to shop online is so very convenient. You won’t be disappointed- try it.

One of the items I ordered was out of stock. Communication was quick with options on how I wanted to proceed. Items are well packed & delivery is usually quick.

My delivery arrived within two days - plus I always love the little sample packs!

I went in store to look for a hair mask & shampoo and the sales assistant was lovely, she was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the products I asked about and friendly.

I’ve ordered a few times now and delivery is always fast. Love the website as it’s easy to navigate and it’s easy to see which g products are vegan, cruelty free etc.
Earning credits is cool too. Will happily order again!

My daughter’s hairdresser recommended a product for tight curls so I tried your online store too. Tried the hair massager which made my hair frizzy as it’s very fine. Good products for me are the Nak volume conditioner (old packaging) & nioxin hair fall defence, and my extra favourite is LAVANILA fragrance.
