Love my new glasses as these are the frames I originally ordered and arrived quicker then previous pairs - happy girl.

I am no stranger to buying glasses online, this company is not good with giving answers. I have made several attempts to get an answer about my order. One person will say it is still in processing while another will say that it is in sorting. All of the replies and been very vague below is an actual chat transcript....

. After 10 minutes of not getting an answer I left the conversation
I can't get a straight answer out of with no end in sight. ( no pun intended). If you want to buy glasses online avoid them and go with coastal glasses. Your first pair with them is free and have excellent service.

Placed an order with Ozeal on 2/12/2014.....Today's March 10, 2014 and I've yet to receive my order. "Lily" has responded to online inquiries on several occasions telling me that my order shad been completed and would ship out the next day, or that it was in transit, and that it was too late to cancel the order. Look, she provided me with a USPS tracking number that was assigned on 2/20/2014 and no glasses? I wish I'd done my research on this company and their poor track record. I'm ready to call my credit card company and ask for a full refund. This is about the worst customer service and order fulfillment I've ever experienced....and I'm in my 50's!!! Stay clear, stay clear, stay clear!

First pair arrived within a week.
They had holes between the lens and frame.
They arrived dusty, with marks on the lens and frames.

After returning them for repair, and waiting a week, they email me with a photo showing the second pair that also has holes around the lens and frame!

You can't speak to them on the phone because the line is too quiet.
Their written communication is extremely poor. Lacking in basic communication, manners and professionalism.
Their facebook page is mostly memes and stolen images.

They told me they can not fix the problem, nor provide a pair of glasses WITHOUT holes between the lens and frame!

Their returns address in the UK is a flat in London. Not a shop, not a business, not a warehouse...a residential flat.

Their business name is NOT Ozeal, it's PISANIO HOLDINGS LIMITED.

STAY CLEAR!

No, you can't. You clearly can't.
You told me in an email 10 minutes before this review, that you can not fix that issue!

Again, you can not communicate with your customers properly. That's just a blanket response.

i am still waiting to receive my order placed on the 20th of february, its now the 7th of march - plain frames, no special coatings, nothing out of the ordinary. several chats with "lily" have resulted in bizarre answers, almost like english is not the primary language there, with vague answers, almost as if written by a child.

i was told my order was going to ship last week. nothing. i was told maybe on saturday..nothing. i was then told they frames are new, they come from london, that's now the problem. no real concern on their end, almost flippant attitude, a "well sorry about that" answer. and still. no glasses. this day and age, you can't run a business like this. i would never treat my customers like this.

so disappointed because the frames do look great, the price is great, it seems too good to be true, and guess what people, it kind of is too good to be true

i would go with Warby Parker in heartbeat.

did i mention i still haven't received my order. i can't wait to see what the actual product i end up with is going to be like. a $78 gamble i guess.

I've worn specs all my life and these cost one fifth of what I paid on the high street last year. I really love the frames, the funkiest I've ever had. Very pleased with being able to try them on 'virtually' on line, and they fitted me the minute I took them out of the box when they arrived in the post, that's a first for me in over 50 years of spectacle wearing. I thought they were excellent value and though they weren't very quick to arrive, I appreciate that as I wanted varifocals, non-reflective lenses and reactolite lenses, this was not the quickest prescription to fill. I am also diabetic and have corneal erosion so I chose the pink tinted lenses, very soothing to the eyes, and now I view the world through rose coloured spectacles. Very very pleased and would recommend you to anyone.

Great service, great glasses!

Everything was great. I sent wrong prescription and so sent a message advising the company and they replied within a few hours confirming receipt of the new prescription.
Specs are fine and came with a good quality case and cleaning cloth.
Overall very pleased with the product and service.

Ozeal glasses are fab, I adore my new retro style ones & they were a bargain. Only one downside is they took a little longer than expected to arrive, I think they should make it clearer on the website it take 10 days to process plus the 3-5 days delivery time. Other than that great company with friendly advisors, will definaltey use them again.

I received the glasses in the stated time but had ordered medium instead of small. They couldn't alter them but sent a suitable refund. Would buy from again.

Delivery takes a while, only just inside their time quoted on the website, thought they would be faster.
The order status on the website didn't change once the order was processed.
Didn't get a good response when I chased and they gave me poor information.
The frames I picked are rubbish, my fault for picking them I suppose but really dissappointed.
Again probably my mistake but I ordered reading glasses and they are so strong its like having 2 magnifying glasses taped to my head.
All in all very dissapointing and not a good experience. Dont think I would use them again or recommend them.

Its now the 18th of March and no contact from Customer Services Team!!!

Nice web site great range of frames excellent communication great money saving deals but just tuck a long time to get them I ordered on the 13th of February and got them on the 1st of March I did email and had a response straight away saying they were still being manufactured but other than that all was good except iv had to return them due to the frame not suiting me and the prescription I gave was old so the lenses are a bit out but will be sending an updated one and a new preference on frame very soon just hope the wait isn't long. .....

Took a while .to get the glasses but there are great.

This website is so easy to use and great products to choose from. Will definitely use this company again in the future. Also excellent prices compared to the Opticians on the high street.

Great collection of glasses, used a promotion that was on so got them for half price and am very happy with product, price and service! Have recommended them to friends already!

Bit sceptical as to what the glasses would be like very flimsy but for £17.00 and a bit of gentle care they are fab. Will so get another pair soon.

Speedy service and communication excellent

Orderd two sets of glasses, one reading one distance.
Two reading delivered.
Enquiring emails ignored.
But, so cheap I still ordered another pair that were correct.
To sum up, untrustworthy but OK if you are only spending a few pounds with them

I was able to get unique styles at great prices... I will purchase again in the future...
