Love Oxbury
Love Oxbury, came across them by chance. They offer great savings rates, the App is good and support is first class. Best of all I am supporting British agriculture and farming. I highly recommend Oxbury.

They call you back
They call you back! I know that might not sound much but they do, and when they do you speak to a person who knows your business, in fact they know a lot about your business. Oh, and they listen, they listen intently and they act.
The Oxbury's team are pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

Poor general gaving rates
Your general interest rates (savings accounts ) are lower than general market rates. Offering higher saving rates on an individual basis is unethical.

Have been consistently satisfied with service from Oxbury Bank. Logging in is straightforward and safe, and navigating the website is user friendly. Rates are competitive. Had to telephone on one occasion with a query and was put through very quickly to an assistant, not a chatbox but a human being. Very impressed by Oxbury and would recommend.

They do what they say they will do. On time every time. Old fashioned banking. Not speaking to some smart ass prat with an ology in a how to be offended and do I really have to do that attitude every day it such a bother this working for a living . It seems they go to work to do some work. Refreshing experience. I like em. They are good

Ease of transferring monies to a new account when the fixed term one ended. Customer support has been excellent too though it is a pity the person helping has to be anonymous!
