Sent shoes that were too small and refused to do a return or exchange. They did offer to send another pair of the same sandal. WHY? Two pairs I cannot wear?! They also offered a 30% refund: that would have been $13.47 out of the $44.99 I spent. What an insult.

I wore the casual sneakers (in red) for 3 weeks straight while in Ireland 🇮🇪. The only shoes I had. Even after all that walking, they are still in good shape.

I love these shoes I have walked all over Europe in them and they are so comfortable. I would like you to put both sizes in so you know you are getting right size. Last time I got size 40 and this time I am hoping size 8 is size 40. Thank you for putting the size on the back seam of shoe.

Que cette compagnie, pour les bottillons, les fassent pas trop ajustés sur le dessus des pieds, surtout quand nos pieds sont portés à enfler en vieillissant.
Une taille plus grande pour l’hiver afin de porter des bas. Si je porte du 9 ou 40… de penser à l’hiver.
Et de songer à la façon de mettre facilement nos pieds dans nos bottillons ( fermetures éclair ).

I've ordered several times from your website because you have such a variety to choose from! I was disappointed that a slip-on casual shoe I had ordered before was no longer there (Comfort&Soft weave in brown).
I did find a reasonable substitute, but I still prefer the design of the ones I previously purchased.
BUT, I was glad to see that you still have the sparkly comfort sandals. I love these and ordered another pair in silver.

I used to be a habitual stiletto wearer When I was younger, as I’ve gotten older and being out of the corporate world my desire is to take a more casual approach to my dress with a high emphasis on comfort and I am so happy I have found this product. I’m a bit obsessed, I’ve put my purchases to the test several times standing and walking for hours. I have not suffered any back pain like I usually do, or any blisters on my little toes like I’ve experienced with other shoes. These shoes are so comfortable. I trust them, they are soft pliable there isn’t anything about them I don’t like.money well spent and I keep coming back for more. I am bit of obsessed I tend to buy every color to match with outfits On vacation or just running to the store doing my daily errands. I’m happy to be a part of this Owlkay family.

Cute comfy shoes but they fell apart quickly. The inserts tore out

Terrible customer service! Purchased shoes from this company that don't fit. Weeks of emailing them still hasn't resulted in a refund being issued. They offered that I order a new pair & keep the 1st, then said they can't make that offer, then offered to refund 30% of the cost. Why should I pay 70% of the cost of a pair of shoes that don't fit? They have no U.S. address to send items back, and no U.S. phone # to call. I won't be ordering from Owlkay again! Buyer beware!

I have ordered several pairs of these shoes and love them all. The shoes are extremely comfortable. Many of my friends ask where I purchased them and they have also ordered.

Love the styles, fit, affordable price and the savings you get when you buy more than one! Plus, the cute reusable red bag and the 60 day return policy. The only thing is the accuracy of the size chart for some of your shoes. Your 9.5 didn't quite fit and I struggle to return and get 10s due to your shipping policy. Or just regift them.

I just love Owlkay shoes. My feet are a little sensitive so I truly like how these shoes feel. Plus they not only very, very comfy, but also very, very cool and chique.
I am a repeat customer and they are my to go to shoes! No pun intended. :):)
