Unable to contact them by phone due to hearing impairment so I emailed them on complaints email as that’s the only email I came across on Monday to set up a plan due to them wanting to file a CCJ and have heard nothing back about It they even have my name wrong I can’t even access my account on the portal as it states the reference number is not recognised now I’m stuck and don’t know what to do

This company has taken a case to court years after it was already fully paid.
All payments were completed and the matter was settled, yet they have now reopened the same case and started court proceedings again.
This has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience and shows a serious failure in record-keeping and case management.
I am currently forced to prove payment for a debt that should never have been pursued again. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and keep all payment evidence if dealing with this company.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They do not listen, constantly talk over you, and speak in a rude and disrespectful manner. Their lack of customer care is shocking, and their staff display consistently poor attitudes.
I am currently pursuing this matter through the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). I strongly advise anyone experiencing similar issues with this company to do the same. An utterly diabolical experience.

The debt they’re saying i owe isn’t even mine and they’re threatening to go to an address i haven’t lived at for years, non stop threatening me on phone calls and letter, always adding more money onto the debt i don’t owe, evil company

Don’t trust them! They pull info from credit reports and hold no original documents. They are actually owned by Lowell and are in the same building. It’s A Scam! Don’t pay a pennie!

I have had the misfortune to be dealing with these people over an alleged bill from sky i.e.overdales/ Lowell they claim I never cancelled my contract which in furnace I did give more than 31 days but they said they never receive a cancellation and now they’re trying to claim money from me threatening me with courts and CJ’s for something I do not owe thay do not listen and all they can say is if I want a payment plan to avoid any future costs if I owe money I would’ve paid it to sky and not to that parasite company Lowell they say their here to help you but in fact all they want is a profit and do not care about the people they’re trying to force people into submission and claim money from this has been going on now for over 2 years and every time I ask for them to show me any contract all they do is show me the same old rubbish which has been submitted by that parasitic company Lowll I have never dealt with such a lowlife company as this thank you overdales

this company are bullies, they not interested in anything apart from getting money threats of county court claim and ccj, spoke to someone last week and still getting emails demanding full payment for a debt I do not accept. they work with Lowell who are just a bad, they don't care they just want peoples money

I am currently disputing two alleged debts that Overdales are attempting to collect on behalf of iD Mobile.
Despite Overdales repeatedly stating that iD Mobile has “provided proof” of this debt, no contractual documentation has ever been supplied to me. Requests for the alleged contract, proof of acceptance, and a lawful breakdown of the balance have been ignored or deflected.
I am maintaining a full written record, and the matter has now been referred to the relevant Ombudsman. Any consumer dealing with Overdales should ensure everything is kept in writing and insist on seeing actual evidence — not assertions.

Disgusting company. Harrass you every day several times a day. Threaten you with CCJs and bailiffs. All for a bill I have no idea what for. When I call I’m first it line for 20 mins. Clearly no one wants to speak to you. Take me to court and do your best you absolute reprobates! I’ve got no money to take and nothing worth much so do your best!

I have noticed that everybody gets the same reply from Overdales, immediately. It is this:-

This is extremely unusual because they don’t do anything quickly and are dreadful at responding. I have also heard nothing else from them. This begs the influence that this is an automatic reply and is merely window dressing.

I am going to trial against them and I intend to publish the outcome widely. These people behave appallingly. However, it is very big business…for them.

No doubt soon after this is published the same automatic reply will be posted which will start… “HI BARRY”

Even the use of the word “Hi” it’s quite obnoxious given the friendliness is a complete fake.

My daughter-in-law, recently widowed and with two young children is being hounded and threatened by Overdales, working for Lowell’s! The alleged debt is, and has been in dispute for over 2 years but they are ignoring this matter and are despite being sent Cease and Desist letters still hounding her, causing much distress to both her and her young children. It is my understanding that if a debt is in dispute and Cease and Desist letters have been sent that these vile people should stop. Instead they are choosing to ignore this and pursue her, despite the recorded letters to them being signed for. They sent two men round knocking on her door with no advance warning. Now threatening her with CCJ. If they do this then it will be vigorously defended in court. Dreadful company who just ignore the fact that this matter is in dispute.

Missed one payment had an email to say don’t worry we haven’t cancelled your direct debit then two emails threatening bailiffs and extra charges I’m currently ill health and can’t afford the current payments telephone operator cancelled direct debit gave me two numbers to call I’m unwell on sickness benefits the stress of having to deal with all this is through the roof when all I wanted was a reduction in payment each month left feeling awful and worried by a condescending attitude! And no help with my repayments

If I could give less than a 1 star, I would do so. What an awful, horrible and disgusting company. I have never dealt with such awful people or Company. They are bullies and not interested in sorting anything out other than to threaten. The lady and I use that term very politely considering how she treated me - just disgusting. Hanging up on person without giving an explanation is despicable and unacceptable. I tried to explain I know nothing about and she was not interested in the slightest. Utterly disgusting and need stopping!!!

I get the call on Friday asking me give us your details I ask the lady what is reason she told me is a private matter I get the text message need to make payment no reference number nothing try to call no answer totally scam but I contact to my solicitors also check on my credit report nothing to pay

Overdales are the biggest crooks going within the so called debt collection service .
They issue fraudulent paperwork .

Wel I've been receiving letters from overdales solicitors...saying I owe £810 The letters don't say why I owe this about and what for.. Well let put this way I don't own anything. Plus all my bills are taken from direct debit.. this is big scam ...

WOW - Called and overdales advised they have no formal escalated complaints procedures. Called FCA and SRA - their governing bodies who asked....'what' of course they do.

Tried to negotiate a payment plan for a 68 year old disabled man with a heart condition and esophageal aneurysm, on pain meds and anti depressants.. Computer said no. None of these things matter. Equally advised of debt (and payment plan) on priority payments - heating and electricity (broken smart meter) and computer says no.

Incredible - absolutely no help and such personal questions to not support a man who has worked his whole life and has now found himself in a slight hole. £367 BT.....and the aggression of this company. Shame on you.

A payment plan was offered BUT only if I accepted further charges and a CCJ. WOW getting me in further debt when I am stressing and trying to fix it. Overdales literally refused to set a payment plan unless I accepted the additional charges and CCJ.

There is a scam going round either by text or by phone call asking you to call
Them regarding an important matter. I have no outstanding debt as it says these are a part or Lowell group and all my bills
Have been payed. If I owed anything then they should have sent a letter like everyone else does through the post. I can’t count the times I’ve blocked and reported this number. Which comes up as overdales

I have been involved in an ongoing legal dispute with O2, yet Overdales Solicitors repeatedly contacted me on behalf of Lowell despite being informed that the matter was already part of formal legal action. Their correspondence was persistent and sometimes aggressive, which I found distressing and unhelpful.

They also made misleading statements about their authority to act and failed to respect my request to deal directly with O2. Their involvement interfered with my legal process and affected my ability to resolve the dispute fairly.
