Not very good at all! We spent quite a bit of money on a tent and the second time of using it rained and leaked in the bedroom, gone camping this time and I can count at least 12 times where it’s leaking! The beds, clothes and everything is soaked! We have now had to pack up and dump the tent! We have had it going into our 4th year and haven’t used it every year and we only go 3 days a time once twice a year at the most! I have been camping for years and this is by far the worst, completely ruined everything and our holiday to! Spend nearly a grand on a tent and I’d say only the first time was ok! We are extremely disappointed and to be honest has put us off completely going away! So that’s my honest opinion just don’t bother, your better off getting a cheaper one probably be better quality!

Purchased a cayman cacos air awning coupled with a vw transporter. DO NOT buy this awning, easily the worst bit of camping or outdoor gear I have bought in over twenty years of camping. This is the only tent that has failed me in wet weather. You cannot get the correct tension even with additional tensioners which results in water pooling (handy if you need to collect water other than that though this addition has little application), i have had many other tents and never had this issue. On top of that areas on it leak. If you can afford something different do that if you re at the limit of your budget if you get this product buy some additional tensioners it may help. In summary awful , avoid.(worth noting ive persevered with this for about three years to try and give it a chance / try different solutions ).

I bought an Outdoor Revolution tent through a third party. Unfortunately within a week of owning the tent, one of the air beam poles got a puncture. I contacted Outdoor Revolution to see where I could get a replacement (thinking I would need to buy one) and they sent one to me free of charge no questions asked. I was very impressed indeed with this customer service and it was all done very quickly. Highly impressed.

I phoned customer service and was put through to a guy called Chris. I was having problems with an airpump and Chris helped me on how to return it via amazon (where I bought it) advised me to order it again as it is such a good pump, and while we were chatting I asked where I could get a new hose for my manual pump as mine had snaped in half. These are difficult to buy separately so he sent me on a new manual pump kit free of charge. My whole experience from the start of making the initial call was with very cheerful and helpful people and a big shout out to Chris who was exceptionally supportive, helpful and most importantly so cheerful. Thank you.

Not only are the products great, but if something does go wrong then the customer service is second to none. I have purchased two outdoor revolution self inflating mats now and they are great quality, super comfy and easy to inflate. On finding a problem with one of them and contacting their customer service, they responded quickly, tried to resolve online by asking a few questions and then replaced the item. This took 2 days! Really impressed. Thank you outdoor revolution!

We’ve had one of their tents for ages which has and continues to be fantastic. When I contacted their customer service for a replacement pole, I had really quick and friendly response and the pole is now in the post. Highly recommend the product and the customer service is 10/10. Thank you.

We absolutely love Outdoor Revolution, the quality of the equipment is brilliant! Almost all of our camping gear is OR and it is great!

The customer service reflects the quality too as when I had an issue recently (a self inflicted issue where I damaged a component) they bent over backwards to help!

To the Yorkshire man who thinks he's John travolta, thank you so so much for all your help, you are a very efficient and polite guy who has gone over and above to help us with our enquiry about a replacement bladder for our kalahari se 7pc.

I had to contact their customer services for support with a replacement airbeam. They replied really quickly throughout and it was all sorted within the same day! Really pleased - thank you!

I have an 8 year old esprit pro that popped , I email the customer service re a replacement .
Got a very quick reply and asked how much and delivery time .
The reply came that they would send the replacement as a good will gesture.
Which as said appeared a few days later .
Very much appreciated .
Will definitely be when update my awning looking to go with outdoor revolution .

I love the products but the website is a problem, a major let down, as many of the links don't work. I have a model of air awning From a previous year but no instructions. The instructions are supposed to be there on the website, but any possible links generate "our bad" pages.

Bad quality product. Customer service are only good at shifting the blame onto the customer so they can look and feel better. Look at previous bad reviews, all say roughly the same. Poor quality and even worse customer service. They say that they read reviews to improve service but it looks like they take no notice at all.

An excellent company with amazing customer services. They were so helpful and solved a problem extremely quickly. I can’t thank them enough.

We purchased an Ozone 6.0 XTR 5 years ago and it is still serving us well. Recently had an issue with one of the air beams deflating slowly. Got in touch with the company and they sent out a replacement beam and we received it within days.

I found the company very good to deal with, no complaints at all.

My air awning has just deflated again - we have been through 3 tubes.The last time we spent an afternoon putting the tubes in the awning ourselves.Complete waste of time .The caravan is too small without an awning.Holiday ruined again 😳
