I purchased Revitalash conditioner 2…
I purchased Revitalash conditioner 2 months ago . Once opened I immediately noticed that the texture seemed thicker than usual ( I have been using this conditioner for many years ) . I suspected it might be a fake item. After 2 months of use my lashes has become sparse and short, so it just confirms that this item is fake unfortunately..

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience.
We want to reassure you that all of our products are sourced directly from authorised suppliers, and we have no reason to believe that the item you received is not genuine. That said, we do take concerns like this very seriously.
It is a little concerning that the product was used for around two months before this was brought to our attention, as this can make it more difficult for us to properly investigate or offer a resolution. If something doesn’t seem right with a product, we always recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible so we can assist promptly.
We would still really like the opportunity to look into this further for you. Please feel free to contact our customer service team with your order details so we can review the batch and provide further support.

Highly recommend great price and service all round
i was looking to buy Dermalogica products and Our Concept Beauty was by far the most competitively priced - i was afraid it was a scam especially with the very generous free gifts but i took the risk anyway and within days my order arrived - very very impressed will be using them again
