Bought a discovery set for a gift but realised the person has it already. So I returned my order, paid for the postage and company is claiming they never received my return. There’s photographic evidence of the parcel being returned by Royal Mail and Royal Mail confirmed this through gps coordinates. Emailed company multiple times, rude customer service. Just a conversation going back and forth saying “we haven’t received your return, We haven't refunded
it. Why should we? What happened?“ “we still haven’t received your return”. All now still haven’t received my refund. Avoid this company, very rude customer service from Erik.

I purchased Oud Attar oil perfume from this seller on 20th March 2025 but cancelled the order within minutes. I received an email confirmation from Shopify stating that my order was cancelled but not refunded. Since then, I have tried multiple times to contact the seller for my refund, but:
• My emails bounce back as “access denied.”
• I filled out the contact form on their website three times with no response.
• There is no phone number to reach them.

Shopify has confirmed my order cancellation, but the seller has refused to process my refund. I have alerted my bank about this incident.

This business appears to be fraudulent. Avoid purchasing from them unless you want to risk losing your money!

I’ve been a long time customer since 2023. I’ve purchased oud as a gift with no issues in the past. However, in my recent purchase, I contacted the team for a refund (to which they agreed). I’ve paid for postage and sent the items back but I’ve gotten no update about that package since. I’ve tried to reach out but no one’s given me a helpful response.

I bought both the Discovery Set and the Limited Edition set. I had them 2 days before I was back on the website ordering 4 more Discovery sets and 2 more limited edition sets as gifts. I also bought the £5 mystery and this I was expecting to get maybe something that doesn't sell well, I owe Oud Attar an apology, what I got was something that was not in either set but a completely different and absolutely beautiful fragrance, Vanilla Oud! Granted I only really like 2 out of both sets but I'm now planning to start mixing them to see if I can make a new scent that I really like, that way. It's so worth the money even if you only like 1 scent out of all 6 because the others are fine, for every day wear but for special occasions, I know exactly which ones to buy now and not wasted a fortune finding out. This site is a gold mine for perfumes!

I received my Discovery pack of perfume oils two days after placing the order, very quickly for Scotland, many thanks for the speedy service.
The fragrances are just delightful, the individual samples are quite generous and will last for a few weeks at least. Once I have discovered my signature fragrance, I will buy it in the full size bottle.

Was given some of the oud perfumes as a present.Very disappointed with them.They all smell the same and do not last on the skin

I got the Discovery pack and then some extra Sweet Ouds. Love the tiny roll-on bottles, perfect for travel and last ages. My favourite is Sweet Oud as I like a sweet and feminine fragrance. Also nice is Rose Oud and Vanilla Oud. These can be mixed with a tiny bit of Mastry Oud which is a bit darker and more masculine. Spiced Oud, Royal Oud and Sandal Oud are more masculine scents. I got Sandal Oud as a Mystery gift and it is too masculine, I would never wear it so they said they would swap it for Vanilla Oud as a special favour. Very nice customer service via email. Sweet Oud is my new signature scent!

A few years ago in a class I smelled a gorgeous exotic scent emanating softly from a woman next to me. I asked her what it was. She said to was a combination of Rose and Sweet Oud from Oud Attar. I ordered some and swooned at how lovely they were. Later I ordered a variety pack, but for me the Rose and Sweet were the best. A friend from the US came to visit and she tried them and later decided that for her, the Royal was best so I had the pleasure of sending her a bottle. Divine scents and fabulous customer service AND Oud Attar uses Royal Mail instead up of the vile Evri. Very pleased.

The 2ml oil is the real oil. I bought a 15ml one due to loving the sweet aud smell. Bought a 15ml, very clear it is watered down. Does not move around 'thick' like the 2ml bottle. I feel very duped by the company. They lure you by buying the 2ml, which contains the real oil. The 15ml does not last long, is not as strong and you can see the oil is not the same. Annoyed

When the discovery set arrived I was a little surprised at the size of the samples. They are small.
I read on other forums about how well these samples performed so decided to put the size aside.
Please do not let this deter you.
These little vials are oil based, so a little goes an awful long way. They dry quickly, leaving a wonderful dry down that wafts all day.
Instead of a fiddly vial you have to pull the top off and it goes everywhere, these use a roller ball, so you can control how much to apply.
All you need is a little dab behind the ears and on the wrist.
The recipient of the products doesn't normally where aftershaves as he suffers with migraines etc and finds most offensive. However he has enjoyed wearing these. Strong without overbearing but subtle enough for every day. They carry well in a breeze.
He particularly likes the Spiced Oud but I've tried the Sweet Oud (almondy) and Rose Oud.
I can imagine due to the concentration of them, they will last some time.
Also, great to create your own scent by layering different ones.

I’ve had some issues with the delivery.. but they assisted me the best way they could!

Amazing company ordered the sample pack with a mystery fragrance , they smell lovely but the two that are my favourites are rose oud and leather oud.

The Discovery Collection is superb, though I did find the Limited Collection not quite as strong. Maybe I now have nose overload 😁
Their Customer Service is brilliant. They swapped one of the ones I wanted from the Limited Collection, but when I enquired, they sent the swapped one to me the very same day, FoC.
I totally recommend these Ouds and will be buying a couple of the Discovery Collection for gifts.
I apply mine to my wrist and behind my ears.

I bought a discovery set and absolutely loved every single one. I’ve recently treated myself to a 15ml oud mastry which I love.Ive never had so many people stop and ask me what is that gorgeous smell. I do lots of layering of scents and my friend loved the smell of me that much she bought her own set. She wasn’t a fan of rose or sweet so gifted them to me 😍

I had purchased the discovery collection and there had mistakenly been a missing scent from the package, I contacted them and they immediately sent the missing oud free of charge. The scents were amazing, especially the spiced oud, so I will definitely be repurchasing from this company.

Gorgeous scents. Requested and received the discovery set as a Christmas present and love all of them but my particular favourite is Dark Oud which is a slightly smoky rich sweet scent great for evening use. My husband says it’s the best perfume I’ve ever worn. Second fave is Royal Oud which is less intense and better for daytime. I’ve been mixing and matching and they are all lovely but I’m 100% ordering both of my favourites in the larger size when these run out.

I love all of these fragrances, spiced oud is my all time favourite! The scent really mellows into a beautiful unique scent on your skin that smells different on everyone. I’ve shared the discovery set with friends and family and some of them have already bought their own. Package arrived quickly and well protected in bubble wrap, 10/10 would recommend trying!
