Amazing - long lasting scents, also reasonably priced.
The customer service exceeded my expectations, very friendly staff.
The packages always arrive perfectly secured.

I started with the discovery set which I've purchased 3 times, purely to recognise which scent mixes best with the other (clearly personal preference) THEN I discovered Vanilla, OMG! I love it, it's, creamy, clean, smooth and easy on the nose. I always get at least one comment a day. I alternate but always a use vanilla, and another such as royal, sweet and rose. I wore an expensive and 'famous' perfume recently that I've left alone since oud attar and it gave me a headache and my skin felt irritated. Well done! Saving for an elixir to add to the collection. By the way, the smallest amount 💯 lasts for days on clothes! 👌❤️

I have been purchasing perfume from this company for a number of years and always had excellent customer service and quick delivery. Their fragrances are unique and beautiful. I have people commenting on my perfume all of the time - my favourite is rose Oud. The best thing about this perfume though is that it is the only fragrance I have tried in my life that doesn’t trigger my migraines! If you are a fellow sufferer you will know the awful sickness and pain that most perfumes can trigger. I have tried numerous extremely expensive designer fragrances only to be disappointed when they bring on nausea and head pain. For context I’m nearly 50 so that is a lot of different perfumes. However, rose Oud is in a different league and I can wear it all day no problems whatsoever. It is the most unique, gorgeous scent I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I just love Oud Attar perfumes. I always order the new sample collections. The scents are amazing and last all day. I get lots of compliments. Oud orders arrive promptly. Within a few days.
My absolute all time fragrance is Spiced Oud. I love it’s heady scent. It’s my signature fragrance. I love that you can mix them together and there’s such a range of scents from masculine and woody, spicy through to floral. It’s great for personalising your fragrance to match your mood. There’s something for everyone. An amazing product. I would highly recommend.

I already had the Discovery Collection and the scents are lovely. But I recently ordered their Vanilla Oud Elixir and the smell is out of this world. I have definitely found my favourite scent. It's also unisex so anyone can wear it.
If you're unsure which Oud to get, trust me, Vanilla is gorgeous and very long lasting.
Their customer service is excellent and I will only ever buy from them from now on.

Really good product and customer service is tops. Their social media’s look really good too that’s what enticed me!

I have contacted the seller late at night and asked to cancel or to adjust and put all the orders in one order and refund for the postage charges or send me the 2mls Rose oil oud which is cheaper as a refund extra as I have paid three times when I was entitled to a free shipping as I have spent £125 all together!
They were closed at that time and said that they will address it first thing in the morning and instead of cancelling it and refunding or adjusting my order as requested they took a liberty and just shipped it regardless!
I have been reasonable with them and contacted them on time and within my consumer rights but Erik in customer services instead of being helpful and accommodating started questioning my orders asking why I didn't place them all at once when it's my right to cancel and get a full refund according to my consumer rights! I am absolutely disgusted with the customer services and I would advise people not to purchase now from this company because the customer services are clearly very poor and unacceptable and I will be contacting my bank and challenging it with the Trading Standards and will never shop there again! Disgusting! Won't recommend!

Update dated 16/10/2025:
Erik has posted a replacement order and I have received it now and very happy with the quality of the item , the natural smell is divine, strong but very natural and beautiful so I will be giving 5 stars and I am very happy now with the service and the items and I have ordered more ! Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend but Royal Mail needs to provide proper tracking as then the company suffers for it when the items go missing.

Initial experience when the items went missing:
Absolutely terrible ! Scammers, never delivered my items and were claiming they have! Erik was useless and very dismissive, clearly shouldn't be working in the customer service!I would avoid them at all costs and will be reporting the to Trading Standards! Disgusting I would give zero stars if I could!

The smell transitions through the high notes and beyond. Nothing like it on the market...period. I wear Oud Mastry over L’Occitain Verbena and the comments I get! The latest one?…I smell ‘delicious’ apparently…

I have used this brand for 2 years now and it a very well made brand you can mix your scents to create your own scent I also was clearing threw my jackets and could still smell my oud off it and it was months ago I used it last i also but little felt discs for my hangers and out a tub of oud on then and have them in my wardrobe it keeps everything smelly fresh for a long time I can’t believe how long each bottle last as 1 tiny drop goes a long way indeed and the amount of comments tou get asking what your scent is it’s honestly the best product ever & my husband has a bad chest any perfume or air freshener really catches his chest but not this he doesn’t have any issue at all 5* all the way

I give 10 out of 10 for the oils I've ordered, absolutely brilliant product, The scent still on me 3 days after I've used it , It's amazing products, I'm very happy that I've discovered your products, I will be coming back to you soon and will definitely recommend you to friends and family..

Forget about high street generic fragrances! These oils are out of this world! Thought I would find similar in Turkey on holiday. However, they don’t smell anywhere near as amazing or long lasting as Oud Attar oils. Much more expensive in Turkey too (5 times the price!)

I got introduced to these oils by my sister and Brother in law and instantly loved them.
The oils are lovely on the skin and layering different fragrances creates a unique scent.
Ordered my first set within days of using theirs, ☺️. Easy and simple to order and didn't have to wait long before they arrived.
Definitely be ordering more in the future 😃

Well I was absolutely in love with a few scents and even made a new purchase to try an additional scent. I bought some mini ones as a gift for a niece of mine as well cus she liked the vanilla.
Unfortunately my order was supposedly "delivered", to which I have no knowledge of. The online signature is a fake little circle, not my signature! When I raised this with customer care they have suggested that I have done this before and that I need to raise it with Royal Mail.
First of all, how rude and pathetic can you be to say that to a repeat customer? Don't be a moron! Secondly, get your information right, the sender has to ask royal mail to investigate it, so they won't do anything from my side of the query as a recipient. Get off your lazy back sides and investigate it properly "Erik" from customer care.... or who ever you are....
I didn't spend almost £200 to be so disgustingly accused.
Shame on you Oud Attar, if you can't deliver parcels properly after taking my payment in full, then perhaps you should be using a more trustworthy postal service.
You have to be a very special kind of unethical rude moronic advisor to suggest such a absurd cheap thing.
You might sell nice products but if your service is so crap then you will lose customers!!!
I'd rather fly out to Dubai and buy more Oud than be accused of such crap!
You can't keep my payment and my products, so make up your mind and behave like an actual professional company.

Update, I've had a better response from the manager who did resolve my missing items, but it was a frustrating process.
Stars for his treatment would still be on the lower side of 1or 2 as I found it quite insulting to be mistreated, but the scents and quality itself are lush so I will balance the stars accordingly....

I contacted this company after seeing two other reviews here raising concerns about the chemical, carboxaldehyde. They were initially very responsive regarding an unrelated matter, but became unresponsive as soon as I specifically asked about this ingredient.

Since then, they’ve gone completely silent and quietly removed carboxaldehyde from the ingredients list on their website, without any explanation or clarification. You can check the Web Archive to view previous changes to the website.

Very disappointed and appalled by the lack of transparency, ethics, and integrity here.

What’s even more concerning is that this chemical appears to have been banned in the UK and EU as of 2022. If that’s the case, this raises serious questions about compliance with current safety regulations.

This kind of behavior is not only dishonest and unethical, it may also be illegal. It’s also particularly dangerous for those with allergies, sensitivities, or hormonal imbalances.

The company’s complete disregard for consumer safety and transparency is both unacceptable and disturbing.

I have since discarded the items and requested a full refund due to the lack of product safety.

Avoid this brand.

As well as full size, I’ve had multiple of the taster sets and despite their tiny size they last ages! Love them as they are great for taking on planes without taking up space and allowance. The scents last ages and smell amazing. I ALWAYS get comments on the ones that I wear most. My favourite is ‘Sweet Oud’, but if they ever make it a full a size permanent fixture, ‘Phantom Oud’ is amazing!

Very trustworthy company to deal with, site is easy to negotiate and delivery by Royal Mail. The discovery sets are all amazing, I have got them all and find it hard to have a favourite as all so unique. I always get compliments when I wear their scents and enjoy sharing their details. I have some of the larger oils and they last for ages as you only need to apply a small amount and it lasts all day.

What can I say?! Oud Attar really know what they're doing. Their fragrances are amazing and are real head turners. I am always happy to let people know about Oud Attar when anyone stops to ask about the fragrances I wear. It's lovely to be able to engage in a conversation with someone because they just have to know what I'm wearing. I have made friends with people thanks to these lovely fragrances.
