Shabby frustrating customer service faulty item…
Shocking! try to support small business but this has gone beyond being understanding.
No acknowledgement of order had to email.
Was told various versions of why my delivery was not being sent almost 3 weeks it
eventually arrived and product was obviously a 2nd with faults .Again no response to emails . Now I am angry. Very shabby and frustrating service
Will be voicing this on Instagram
customer service no mater how small a business is , is a major component in sucess

We were in touch during your order process to let you know at each stage what was happening. All our orders have an order confirmation which lets you know it has gone through successfully. I emailed additionally to let you know know when it would be despatched and we amended your address due to you moving houses whilst we were preparing your order.
We take on board all your comments and feedback, and will replace this item for you, as it seems there was a small error in the was the stitches are structured on one side. This is important feedback for us as this style is new for us.

Anxious customer experience
This was the first time I had ordered from Oubas, a completely unknown company to me so there was an anxious moment when payment was taken at the moment of ordering, I’m used to payment being taken when my items are dispatched. The Oubas website says to allow some time for the order to be prepared. After some time & no further contact from Oubas, I decided to email Oubas customer service to ask about the order, there was no reply so I checked out the Facebook page & left a message, an automated message was sent saying they were away & would get back to me in due course. Eventually I received an email letting me know the item was being knitted & made up & that I would be informed when it as posted, I wasn’t aware that the item was made to order. The Cardigan duly arrived & it is so soft & comfortable to wear but as it was the most I’ve ever spent on a piece of knit wear & was a special treat, over all I think that the experience was marred by somewhat indifferent customer service. Customer relations is such an important component of running any business.

We apologise - over the time of you ordering and contacting us we had closed over a long weekend for a family wedding, and so it was an unusual delay in our response.
Our website explains how our items are made to order, and each product page also gives this information and also a lead time of 7-10 days. Your order was made and shipped to you within this time; I'm sorry that this information was not picked up by you. As we are a micro business, our production takes time.
I'm really glad that you are loving the cardigan and are impressed with it's comfort and style.

My wrap is beautiful
My wrap is beautiful. So soft and a lovely silvery colour which will blend with anything. The wrap drapes beautifully. This is my second one bought to go with a wedding outfit.

Forever Style and a Clear Conscience
I knew I wanted to own some Oubas pieces a long time ago. I finally got round to it. I have worn something Oubas every day since. Finally the idea of a capsule wardrobe makes sense. Beyond fast fashion is style, elegance and a clear conscience and I am not sure anyone lives breaths and makes that ethos better than Oubas.

Received my beautiful wool Ladies…
Received my beautiful wool Ladies jumper - gorgeous Rust colour ,and so soft. Sleeves a little long and may be I could have ordered Small instead of Medium size . This is my first purchase so was not sure how the fit would be and they are obviously generous in size.
I do really love my jumper but only ordered when reduced, as the full price is a little high for me 🙁
