I have had a query with Original Duckhead with regards to my recent purchase. They have been very quick responding to my query and have kindly sent me a replacement. They have been very understanding and helpful. I couldn’t recommend the customer service

Contacted customer service with a query regarding my OD umbrella, and they were super helpful, professional and had a quick response time. Have loved their products for ages and now love their amazing service!

One of the ribs on my wife's umbrella snapped on opening. ODH promptly sent me a code for a new umbrella, no charge.

After just over a year, I noticed a non-structural component of my umbrella had come out. I reached out directly to the company and received excellent help and resolution, despite having bought the umbrella from a third party retailer. Solid, well-made umbrellas in fantastic colours and prints. My first choice from now on!

I love the Original Duckhead umbrellas! I made my first purchase during their Black Friday Sale in 2025, and ordered three very pretty umbrellas, one for each of my family members and myself. We all loved our new umbrellas, and the little wooden ducks on the umbrella handles are the cutest ever! The umbrellas are high quality, a great size, and elegant. One of my umbrellas came with a shattered eye and defective. I contacted the Customer Service Team for assistance and they were excellent at resolving my umbrella replacement request! My umbrella replacement was shipped and delivered to my home all within one week. Impressive! The manner in which they expeditiously helped me solved my problem reflects how great of a company they are. I am definitely going to be buying more adorable things from the Original Duckhead for years to come. Thank you!

I had a really great experience with Original Duckhead’s customer support. I purchased one of their umbrellas from a local boutique and unfortunately discovered it was damaged when I opened it. I reached out and they were incredibly responsive and helpful from the start. The whole process felt easy and thoughtful and they clearly stand behind their products and care about their customers. It made a disappointing situation feel completely taken care of which I really appreciated. I would absolutely order from them again.

Customer service was incredible - so quick to respond and kind. And the umbrella is not only adorable but SUCH good quality. I loved my entire experience and I just really love my umbrella and how sturdy it is.

My duckhead umbrella is really well made and beautiful. And the customer service is excellent. I had an issue with my product and they were very responsive and sorted it out it no time!

When I was in NZ on holiday I bought a Duckhead as a gift for my daughter. She loved it, but unfortunately it turned out to have a fault. When I contacted Duckhead some months later (she hadn't been out in the rain since I gave it to her!) they were very pleasant and helpful and replaced the umbrella free of charge.

I bought my first duckhead last year and unfortunately it recently broke under a very strong gust of wind. I don't blame the umbrella though as we were in the storm season.
The customer support team was very kind to offer me a free replacement.
I love the designs and will take better care of my new duckhead.

Love my duck umbrella! Customer service were super helpful when it broke and kindly offered me a new one. Obviously not ideal that it did break (after 18 months) but it's definitely the highest quality umbrella I've ever owned! Hopefully my new one lasts even longer :)

I really wanted to like Original Duck Umbrella, but this umbrella is honestly all hype and no substance. It looks cute, sure—but that’s where the positives end.

The build quality is terrible. The mechanism feels cheap and flimsy, and after very light use it already started failing. For the price they charge, I expected something durable. Instead, it feels like a novelty item that won’t survive real weather.

You’re basically paying for aesthetics and branding. If you actually need an umbrella that lasts, this isn’t it. Looks good on Instagram, useless in real life.

Would not buy again, and definitely wouldn’t recommend if you want quality over looks.

I'd never head of ODH until I was gifted an umbrella for Christmas. Unfortunately, my umbrella had a small defect. Fortunately, ODH has unbeatable customer service and were able to resolve my issue quickly! The umbrella is fantastic - the material, the quality, the feel of the duck head handle. And their customer service is just as excellent. Highly recommend; may never own any other brand of umbrella again.
