Don't waste your money! Go onto facebook and get a cheaper one because you'll probably get a better level of customer service and probably the same (if not better) quality of machine.

They charge thousands for their poorly made machines, charge extra to deliver and install, and then charge you $185 to come out and fix the machine they didn't put together properly in the first place because it requires a 'specialist tool' to fix. Holding back my sarcastic 'tool' jokes at this point.

When I questioned why they charge to fix a machine that is either faulty, or they either installed incorrectly and their response was: "sorry that wasn't the answer you were hoping for."

In reality, the warrantee on your $2000+ purchase is one year, and it's pretty much guaranteed to fall apart, especially if you paid them to put it together for you.

Save your money. Facebook Marketplace all the way.

I am very unhappy with my treadmill purchase, and the lack of support the company has showed only makes it worse. I have just been ghosted.

After sale service is commendable but the item itself not worth investing. Bought a ZEN5.8R Orbit Zenith V5.8R Light Commercial Recumbent Self generation causing anxiety looking at the heart rate, its acceptable IF within 5-10 beats but this goes to 60 -80 beats range

I purchased a rebounder and massage gun from Orbit Fitness in Myaree. I was assisted by Jon who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the rebounder. I didn’t need help re the massager as I had previously used a friends and knew what I wanted. However, it didn’t work and I returned it today to check if I was doing something wrong. Turns out it was faulty and Jon offered me a replacement. I congratulate the owners of this business and especially on their choice of staff. Will certainly recommend this store.

I have been using this servious for about a month now without any problems. BUT....I have been trying to get funds out of my account now for over a week. All communication has been cut off from their side, they are not returning emails. And they wont approve my withdrawals. There behaviour is abhorrent and fraudulent. will be looking to take legal action.

Do not purchase from this company, bough a smith machine deliver from Perth to Sydney being more than a month and still waiting for delivery, this garbage Northline courier they have use will not deliver giving new excuse every week. Waste of time with this company

I ordered an incline bench and squat stands from Orbit Fitness in WA as I couldn't find anything of reasonable quality in stock on the East Coast.
I was expecting the order processing and delivery to regional NSW to be about three weeks- it literally only took one! Arrived today in good order- already set up. Nice work, appreciate the quick delivery.

I placed order online to be picked up since its in stock so i assumed its like the other shop 2hours to collect then after placed it got an email says it will take 3-5 days to process my order which annoyed me so much because i cant train straight away since i really wanted to train that way. So for next time orbit fitness is out of my list

Placed an order for a rack and a bench, paid over $1000 and also purchased other items from alternate stores in order to set up my planned home gym (which are now useless without the rack/bench), then got a phone call three days later stating they didn't actually have the rack and bench in stock and I would have to wait two to three months, because they hadn't updated their online system for the stock they had available.

Disgraceful. They could have at least let me know soon after I placed my order so that I could have had the opportunity to purchase elsewhere.

I input my post office box as delivery address. Got an email 2 days later advising my order couldn’t be sent to PO Box. Emailed back the same day with a street address. After week with no shipping advice, received another email asking for a street address. After replying (again) and calling to confirm, item was finally shipped the next day.
Phone call would be been much quicker to sort the issue, rather than wasting week and half with emails.
