EDIT: I ordered with this company in 2021 (proof available to provide) and after a really bad experience that saw me lose hundreds of pounds as well as months of my time, I left an honest review to warn other people, and moved on with my life. It’s now December 2023 and I’m being sent emails from this company that are making me feel uncomfortable, telling me to edit my review. Their data policy says they only hold data for 12 months, and yet have managed to store all of my contact details for years on end. So not only was the overall experience with them itself in 2021 terrible, but I’m now still being contacted - against my wishes. As we are all apparently addressing my Options Ltd experience again now, here is my original review of my experience with OPTIONS LTD:

I wish I’d never spent money with this company. Mistake after mistake on invoices, careless production and to top it off being spoken to with what I can only describe as absolute disdain by customer services. I had to send back an invoice 3 times with errors on it even though I placed the order in WRITING via email. This meant it took weeks for the order to be placed. The products then took 3 months to be delivered after I was advised a 4-5 week wait. Labels arrived wonky and peeling on the bottles with air bubbles, and there were basic grammatical errors and spelling mistakes in the text. When I pointed this out to customer services they told me I would just have to place the order again and proof read the labels. This was really disappointing because I expected professional level products without having to proof them, not products that looked extremely amateur with basic spelling and grammatical mistakes, and crooked labels. But I decided to go ahead and re-place the order and edit all the labels, requesting proofs before they were sent for production or sent out to me. They told me this is fine but it would cause a bigger delay with delivery but I decided it was worth it for the correct labels as I had placed and paid for the order twice now. I’m then sent proofs 4 different times, each time with errors after errors after errors before I finally got the correct labels proofed and approved, and I placed the order. Another 3 months go by, and even though I spent the extra time it took to proof read and correct the labels (which was lengthy because they kept getting it wrong) they sent me products with labels that are cut off in the middle of text, so you can’t see half the text on the label. They also sent labels that had the old mistakes on them - ones which I had corrected in the proofing process which took so long to get done - NOT the labels I approved. Customer services were stubborn and resistant to offering any kind of help or taking any responsibility even though they sent products that were different to what was agreed. They were rude and their attitude was terrible. They also tried to tell me I’d have to pay AGAIN for MORE replacements for the products that they sent me with incorrect labels - even though I had approved different labels ?? Only after I spent over a week pushing for a refund for the incorrect/faulty items did they finally agree to send out the items with the correct labels. Their tone was extremely rude and unhelpful in their emails and I did not feel valued as a customer. In the end I decided to cut my losses and never work with this company again, and all the products that I spent hundreds of pounds on went in the bin. I found a different company who provide quality products, labels and customer service who I now spend my money with. Avoid this company. Notice they’ve turned off their reviews on their Facebook page? There is only one reason a business does this, and it’s because they know there are a lot of upset customers out there.
