Good cheap stylish glasses
First time I ordered they were not…
First time I ordered they were not correct but I didn't get back to Optically so my problem but second order is great, I got transitional glasses and was worried it might not work but they have been great. They kept me informed to progress in the making and actually called me to clarify something on my prescription. Good service and recommended!.
Good cheap option for glasses
The glasses took a long time to arrive but were as described and good quality. Unfortunately I think I got my measurements a bit messed up so I actually look like my eyes are really close together when I wear the glasses but hey! Will use Optically again for sure if I am not in a rush.

I love my prescription sunglasses - it was great being able to order the style I like with my choice of tint color. I was surprised that the lens quality is actually better than another pair of glasses I bought from an in-store optometrist. Would definitely buy again.

Very responsive and good value for money
I had a great experience with Optically. I ordered a few pairs of glasses and then changed my mind about a pair. The team was very responsive and helpful, changing my order easily. The glasses came quickly and were good value for the money. I am very satisfied.

Good range
Good range, the value frames are not good quality, but the prices on brand are competitive. Hopefully they've improved their returns system to deserve the 4 stars, as last year it took almost 3months to process a refund for a faulty pair of glasses. Other than that issue, solid site and company.

Happy with my glasses after I finally received them! The length of time it took was disappointing and also had a lack of communication but we got there in the end! I would use them again as the price and quality is great.

Should have read the reviews before ordering. Glasses arrived almost a month after ordering and the prescription was completely wrong and everything was out of focus. Frames were also different and were white rather than tortoiseshell!!
As an ICU nurse I need glasses I can rely on but was trying to save money; bad choice. Have put in a claim with paypal and I am waiting and hoping for a refund.
UPDATE I received a full refund via PayPal so thank you Optically.

I ordered a pair of glasses from this company when my normal pair broke and I was desperate as I'm unable to see without them.
I paid around 30-35 for the prescription glasses ordered 27 May 2019 and in the confirmation email they advised the glasses would be dispatched in 10-12 working days. On the 13th working day (June 13) I checked the site to see that they had not even gone into the "processing" phase. I emailed them to ask about the status. I received a response June 20 (SEVEN days later) and was told that my lenses had not passed the quality check and would have to be remade. I was told it would take a further 7-9 working days for them to receive the new lenses. Despite them taking ages to reply and my original glasses now being taped together, I thanked them for ensuring the quality of the lenses and continued waiting.
I did receive the glasses finally and noticed immediately that they were off just slightly. I could see, but it was blurry in the same way it would be with fatigued eyes. I emailed them to see what could be done because I ended up with daily headaches after a week of wearing them.I was asked to provide a scanned copy of my prescription and sent it through once I had found it. They assured me that the glasses had been made to that prescription but that they would remake the glasses to ensure the lenses weren't faulty. I confirmed that I would like this to be done.
They responded to that email to inform me that the blurriness was because I had the default lenses and not the high index lenses and that it would be an additional $29 to upgrade the lens (almost the same as what I paid for the entire pair to begin with!). They wanted my confirmation to do this. This email was sent 7 August 2019 after several emails back and forth.
This is where my mistake came in. I did not see this email until several weeks had passed and I was wondering why the glasses had not arrived. I searched my inbox 29 September 2019 so that I could ask about the status and that was when I saw the email. I was livid. Yes, it was my mistake in not seeing the email; however, I was working in a customer service job at the time and know that following up is key as emails can get lost in the junk inbox. I was not followed up with ONCE and yet they were requesting more money for glasses that I could not use.
I immediately emailed back apologising for the delayed response. I told them I was not sure I wanted to pay this amount when there was no guarantee the quality would be improved, but told them to go ahead and process the payment with the understanding that I would be requesting a refund for the full amount if the glasses were not of good quality.
I received an email 1 October 2019 to say that the order would be processed as a priority. On 16 October 2019 I emailed to check the status and did not receive a response until 23 October 2019 to say that my order had been dispatched (that day). How is that priority? I will remind you the original pair was ordered 27 May and I was still wearing taped glasses.
At this stage, I rung and complained to the manager. He did not even try to argue, as he would have looked at my file before taking over the call. He apologised for the severe delays and told me that once I received the glasses and determined whether I was happy with the quality of them to call in and they would process another pair for me at no additional cost. This was, he expressed, to show that their customer service quality was better than what I experienced.
Once I received the glasses and decided I was happy with the quality, I called and explained my situation. I was told that I was to pay $29 for the lens upgrade. I told the person that I had been offered the pair for free and was told that this was for the time the initially requested the fee despite my consent being given before they EVER sent the glasses. I explained this further and was told the free pair would be processed and sent immediately and that he would look into why I hadn't been charged for the lenses and would send me the invoice for the other pair if needed. I was happy to pay this if it turned out I needed.
I then received an email with an invoice for $29, followed by an email to inform me that, to receive the "FREE" pair, I would be required to pay the charge for the unrelated pair of glasses. I told them I wasn't interested, since the free pair was meant to prove that they had better customer service than what I experienced.

i ordered 2 pairs of glasses
i ordered 2 pairs of glasses, one with 80% tint, the other for everyday wear.. took about a month before they arrived at my doorstep..
can't complain, they are exactly what i ordered.. nothing wrong with them :).. though i had my doubts after reading a few of these review websites, as long as your not in a hurry to get them.. (they were delivered via australia for some reason).. then i highly recommend them.

Waste of Time and Energy, same experience as other recent reviewers - poor communication, no glasses, nothing, will be lodging a request for refund and dispute with paypal - stay well away :-(
So much wasted time and effort.
Same as other reviews here, useless. Lured in with good prices but after waiting for a month I received a completely different pair than ordered, with a completely different prescription, this was followed by by second pair a week later which was an entirely different pair of glasses, keeping in mind that I had ordered two of the same (one tinted). Then it turns out I could have gotten a better price and service from somewhere else anyway!
