The web site was easy to navigate, and the information was clear. (I was looking for something for someone who requires that dairy be halav Yisroel, and it was easy to tell that the items met that criterion.) The ordering process was generally easy. Once the order went through, it was promptly processed. It arrived soon after, and the items were exactly right.

The only issue I had was that several times, when I tried to submit the order and pay, I received an error. It turned out that a piece of information in the form was missing or not recognized by the web form. After several attempts, I was able to place the order. I never received an e-mail confirmation, though, which would have been helpful.

Online hangup re my email address ok, but password did not connect.
Gave up at the end of order. Telephone next day.
Order placed with very nice rep. TZVI PANITH.
Delivery date as he mentioned for shipping.
LIKE the candy bars I ordered. Have ordered these before.
Son enjoyed these Torino bars while in Switzerland.
Will order again for his birthday later on.

Sometime it is difficult to find Kosher Haribo. Kosher candy came through and delivered quickly. My next order will go through them for this candy if they have it in stock.

The product was delivered within a timely manner and was relatively inexpensive. I had originally had the product through another company and I will say that site seemed to have a better bar, possibly due to freshness. Still an excellent product that I would recommend.
