You guys should rename the app to Broke-xy because the only thing luxurious there is the level of audacity of some of the men there portraying themselves as “millionaires”. Like sir, you are not on Forbes. You are on a payment plan. This isn’t dating the elite. This is dating men who THINK they’re elite because they once sat in business class and took a blurry picture.

Luxy, darling, do better. Or rename the app to Deluxial Illusion: Where Brokies Play Pretend.

This app is so bad.

They banned my paid account and give me no reason why. I had all the verification needed!!! I wrote them an email, but all they did just didn’t recommend me to make any other accounts, telling they will ban me. And they didn’t return money for their weird decision.

They really push to have you pay for upgrades and when you do, the experience is still sub-par. There is a strict no refund policy, so consider yourself warned . The majority of the people they show are from other countries and there doesn’t seem to be any settings to control that . In my opinion, it’s not worth the price. I would recommend bumble instead.

I was suspended 3 times in 20 days, asked to pay for premium service again and again, paid 3 times + other payments for coins that made more than 350 euros altogether, submitted documents for reviews that were never downloaded or reviewed and got blocked without using the app for even a full day. Automatic and rude responses from support email. The worst experience, do not fall for it, it's a scam system that blocks real people and offers fake accounts while ripping you off and delivering 0 of the services they promise.

All the reviews on the app store are FAKE and this proves it. WORST absolutely worst dating app I've ever used. You won't even have access to edit your own profile unless you pay their extortion fee. Literally all I want to do is REMOVE MY PHOTOS and then DELETE MY ACCOUNT. I am unable to do that without paying a minimum of $50 for the privilege of accessing my own account. They don't care that they are violating my right of control over my own image and likeness, not to mention my right of privacy after I have explicitly withdrawn consent for their use. Please help put this scam app out of business. As an attorney I have to follow the ethics rules, why don't they??!

This application used to be ok. However, they have started charging such high fees. For example, I matched with someone and I then went through the trouble of writing them a text message. Once I had the message ready, and as I clicked send, it said that the match has expired, and wanted to charge me £150!!!! to be able to send a message to an expired match (we had matched only a few of days ago).

Of course they don’t say it in advance that you cannot send a message to this person they get you to go through the trouble, spending time to create a message only to then slap you with a heavy charge. My message to the Luxy management is to stop your shenanigans or your app could go down the tube.

This is a scam site. Fake profiles and arrogant people that run it. Never expect a response from customer service. They are just after a heavy subscription and until you pay you will be inundated with model style “visitors” tempting you to pay to view their profiles in detail - always at a “special (more like exorbitant) price”. There are much better ways to find what you’re looking for. Avoid at all costs.

Ich habe die App heruntergeladen und mir wurden 5.000 Coins für 349,99 € angezeigt. Direkt nach dem Kauf erschien eine Seite mit der Option, mein Profil zu boosten – ohne klarzustellen, dass dafür Coins verwendet werden. Durch einen Klick wurden meine Coins sofort aufgebraucht, und eine Rückerstattung war nicht mehr möglich.

Besonders bedenklich sind die ständigen Pop-up-Angebote, wie 500 Coins für 299,99 €, die überhaupt nicht mit den offiziellen Preisen in den App-Informationen übereinstimmen. Die Preise innerhalb der App sind unrealistisch, inkonsistent und absichtlich höher dargestellt, um Nutzer zu überteuerten Käufen zu verleiten.

Es handelt sich hier eindeutig um eine Täuschungsmethode, bei der unrealistische Preise gezeigt werden, um Nutzer in die Irre zu führen und zum Kauf zu drängen. Die App ist so aufgebaut, dass man unbewusst Käufe tätigt, die sich später nicht mehr stornieren lassen.

Trotz mehrmaligem Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice wurde mein Anliegen nicht zufriedenstellend geklärt.
Solche irreführenden und täuschenden Geschäftspraktiken sind in Europa rechtswidrig und absolut inakzeptabel.

Complete scam! Don’t fall for it. I paid for a black membership and all of sudden they disabled my account for alleged reasons that weren’t true. I can’t reach the support. No answer no one is answering. Don’t do it. I lost my money and I was thrown out. They just take the money from you to then disable your account.

This site has the worst customer service of any site you will ever subscribe to! For no reason whatsoever, my account was suspended yet they continued to bill me automatically every month! I would click the contact button on the site and leave countless messages not one person in their employee ever responded I had my bank reverse all charges to teach them a lesson. The other problem is that this site is basically a site full of European gold diggers looking for unsuspecting Americans to fly them to the US cover all their expenses and support them!! Do not waste your time or money with this site!!!
