Contacted David Farrell regarding lifetime mortgage on behalf of my dad who was looking to gift myself and my partner a deposit for our first house and help us get on the property ladder. He explained the whole process and even when we hit a few hurdles regarding previously overlooked things in my late mother’s estate he was very patient and very accommodating. Always keeping my dad updated and well informed now it is nearing completion I cannot speak highly enough of him. On a personal level he is so approachable and personable.
