Online Mortgage Advisor Anmeldelser

The whole process went very smoothly. After an initial phone consultation we supplied details and the decision in principle came very quickly. We supplied all the paperwork and the main offer came in about a week. Super easy to deal with and a great result.

Great experience from the start with OMA advisor Sonny Sahota who guided me throughout the mortgage process .He is specialist in complex cases like mine and finally I got the mortgage offer thank him .
I want to thank Sonny’s team ,April and Miranda, who helped me with the mortgage application.

Myself and my partner were referred to OMA by a different mortgage advisor due to some previous issues with credit.
Natalie contacted us the day we were referred and from the beginning of the process to the end, she was amazing! As first time buyers, we really didn’t know what we were doing, but Natalie supported us through everything. She went above and beyond for us! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Alex Atkinson was fantastic at helping me secure my mortgage offer. I stumbled across the Online Mortgage Advisor website when researching mortgages as I was initially planning to find a mortgage myself. I put in my details for an estimate on a whim and Alex responded almost immediately. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable; I could get in touch with him easily the entire way though and his service is unmatched. The mortgage he secured for me was one I wouldn't have found on my own and he handled the process smoothly every step of the way. He let me know immediately when a lower interest offer from my lender came up, and put through my details for the new offer at my request. The mortgage offer has definitely been the easiest part of the buying process thanks to him! Would highly recommend him and OMA.

Jean-Pierre and Chloe have been fantastic, very helpful and informative.
I can't recommend them enough, they are professional and very efficient with the support they provide.

Absolutely amazing, couldn't recommend enough 10/10

Was a great help and explained everything along the way.

Graham was incredibly helpful, diligent and committed to finding a mortgage product that fitted my buy out needs with specialised income requirements. I received excellent communication and updates even in the evening and weekends which was a great help for planning and setting expectations. Thank you Graham for an excellent service.

I had an excellent experience with Gordon and his admin team at Online Mortgage Advisor. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, particularly as my circumstances involved purchasing a buy-to-let property through a limited company.
Gordon took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve and guided me through the mortgage options available. He was responsive, had time for me even at 7pm, messaged me on his day off, explained things clearly and kept me informed throughout the process. His advice gave me confidence when making some important financial decisions. My mortgage got approved within two weeks!
I would highly recommend Gordon and Online Mortgage Advisor to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional and genuinely helpful mortgage adviser. Thank you, Gordon, for all your help!

My agent, Luke, was from the start; attentive, clear, and dedicated. He really went the extra mile to get me the best deal I could, and didn't once shy away from giving me advice on what direction I should go. Excellent from start to finish.

Quick, friendly and efficient. Provided clear information and were responsive to any queries I had.

Our experience with OMA has been really good from the get go. Me and my husband had a bad experience with a previous company and our case seemed really complex. Luke was amazing from the get go and made our case look really easy. He even worked on his days off and made sure he got the case sorted. We got our mortgage offer in a matter of weeks he has been really helpful throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend. Thank you so much Luke from Asam and Sabrina

Great communication, great service. They gave lots of advice and were responsive when a better offer appeared mid way through the process of accepting a different offer.

Natalie was very good and gave me all of the information in a clear way that helped make my choices obvious.
Once I chose which deal I wanted, Natalie dealt with it all very quickly for me and the whole process was really simple.

Fantastic experience! Jean Pierre was excellent, he helped sort me out with a new mortgage for a property that I thought was out of reach but thanks to his fanatic work, it was very much in reach!

The team were so helpful - friendly, explained everything and took all the stress out of the process for me

Natalie was exceptional. Always going out of her way to be of assistance. She is personable, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I will be using her again when I next remortgage or move.

I lcannot recommend Natalie enough, owe to Self Employment and rather complex Financial structure. Natalie held our hand and guided us through the process. We’re both professionalism and support.

Was always available at the end of a phone or email whenever we needed, there was never a stage when we didn’t know what was happening thanks to Natalie.

If there was the option of six stars we would’ve given it!

As a first-time buyer, the mortgage process felt long and challenging, with plenty of hurdles involving the seller, estate agents and solicitors. Throughout it all, Graham and his team including Jenna, were exceptional. Genuinely like a breath of fresh air in this sometimes, very stressful process.

From start to finish, they went above and beyond to support, guide and reassure me every step of the way. They were always professional, responsive and willing to take the time to explain everything clearly, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. No question was ever too much trouble, and I always felt I was in safe hands.

I genuinely cannot thank Graham and his team enough for their dedication and outstanding service. If you’re looking for a mortgage broker who truly cares about their clients and will go the extra mile, I would highly recommend them. The level of support and help you receive is simply phenomenal.
