I was looking for a small bathroom suite and this company had a great choice and great prices. It has now been fitted and looks very modern. Great delivery and and communication. Had a bad experience with an alternative online bathroom supplier but am very impressed with this company. Will recommend to others.

Ordered a Full Bathroom Suite Monday morning and it was delivered Tuesday Morning, Driver called 1hr before to inform us he was on his way, Goods all well packed and secure on a Pallet, All the Goods were better then i ever expected, Am more then happy and will use Onlinebathrooms again,

Onlinebathrooms.com should have deliver a toilet in June. After several delivery postponing without any apology, I decided to cancel the undelivered order in August. In december, I am still waiting the refund despite numerous phone calls, email and letters.
The honesty and competency of this Manchester area company are more than questionable

Ordered a Full Bathroom suite for Under £300 on the Tuesday and it arrived Wednesday Morning. I was a little unsure about ordering a Full bathroom suite Online without seeing the Goods 1st but was re assured by a Friend who has ordered from Onlinebathrooms before that i have nothing to worry about, The driver called me 1 hr before delivery to advise he was on his way, Driver was very helpful and helped me check all the goods upon delivery, Goods was well packed, Plumber has fitted the Bathroom Suite and am more them Happy with all the Goods, Looking at the bathrooms suite you would think i had spent £1000 Not £299.00. I would go out of my way to recommend Online bathrooms to Friends and family

As a young Family with a new house, money is tight and we did all the shopping around - but kept coming back to the Onlinebathrooms website. They really offer the best style and the best prices - and the website is so easy to use. I'm so pleased that we will be able to get the bathroom we want at a price we can afford!

We ordered 2 showers online on the saturday and were able to collect from their warehouse/Showroom on the monday morning. Whilst at the Showroom we also saw a tap,that we really liked We were able to purchase that there and just had to wait for about 5 minutes and it was ready. Although we have not fitted anything yet, the quality is extremely good, we will certainly use them again

I just to thank OnlineBathrooms for the excellent service they provide from order confirmation, warehouse despatch and delivery from their courier service. The pallet and wooden framework protecting the goods was second to none I would have no hesitation in recommending OnlineBathrooms to anyone for value & service.

I ordered my furniture and taps online after speaking to Kelly during the day, which she was so helpful. My order was delivered a few days after in perfect condition as they had been packaged so carefully. They are beautiful and i would recommend online bathrooms to anyone as the staff are very friendly and brilliant communication. Well done and many thanks again.

I ordered a wall mounted sink unit and the 1st 2 units delivered were faulty. It did not state on the description that a space saving waste trap would be needed in order to close the drawer. I therefore had to purchase a new waste trap from online bathrooms to be able to use the unit. I paid £10.95 for immediate shipping direct from the supplier and was promised delivery on the Friday. I was told someone would have to be in to take delivery. I wasted a whole day as it did not arrive. I had to chase online bathrooms and [name] eventually emailed back after a phone call and email to say it was out of stock and would come on Monday or Tuesday. I have just phoned the supplier direct who said it will take 3-5 working days.
Avoid this company. The quality of the products is sub standard. The product descriptors are inadequate. They are slow to respond and have to be chased for an answer. They charge an excessive amount for a delivery service that is not met and they offer nothing by way of financial recompense for non shipment and wasted time. Unlike other suppliers who offer a tracking service for delivery, online bathrooms expect customers to wait in for an unspecified period of time for items that are either faulty or late.

28th Sept - This review has now been edited to remove the 1st name of the Online Bathrooms' employee, as the company reported this as being an issue, but provided no response to the review. The worst customer service we have ever received. Rather than apologising for the completely disorganised, unreliable service we had received, Online Bathrooms just decided to cancel our order, which we did not request! Prior to this a number of phone calls had been made by my partner requesting to speak to a senior manager and these were simply ignored as no one called us back. Details of our complaint were meant to have been forwarded to a manager via email, but again - no response. You blamed your supplier, when according to them it was your mistake. Your supplier agreed we had been messed around and received a poor service from Online Bathrooms. They also informed us that Saturday deliveries were possible. The very least we would expect after being messed about completely with regards to the delivery of our order , wasting annual leave as it did not arrive, would be for you to offer a genuine apology and effectively resolve the matter. Rather than offering a free Saturday delivery as means of apology for the errors made by Online Bathrooms and dreadful service we had received, your employee refused and simply cancelled our order instead. This was her decision, we still wanted to speak to a more senior manager and wanted our order. We would still like to discuss this matter with a senior manager. Absolutely appalled at the awful customer service received! :( Would give no star rating if this were possible.

Fine until there was a problem; they sent the wrong bath twice, when we ended up arguing she just talked over me persistently and then put the phone down. Brazenly indifferent to any concept of customer satisfaction.

I experienced extremely poor customer service and attitude following issues relating to a damaged bath panel both through phone conversations and emails and I've ended up out of pocket as a result.

Also have a toilet seat completely unfit for purpose as one of the nuts has rounded off before installation - not bothering to report this as I cannot deal with the attitude you are met with when you have an issue -buying a replacement seat again meaning I've paid twice to make up for the poor quality items supplied by online bathrooms.


Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere

Having placed an order for a bathroom suite due to delivery time. Bathroom did not turn up when expected, chased to then be asked if I would accept another sink and toilet, then I could have it a week later. I agreed, suite turns up on a Friday (packaging intact). Went to fit the bath, the corner was split and stoved in. Sent the pictures to [name] "so called customer services" who said as it was not checked on Friday I would have to pay £100 towards a replacement bath. The pictures clearly showed the intact packaging "so it must have been packed broken" and the bath had dirty boot marks all up one side. I paid the £100 as I was already paying a plumber and have another seven bathrooms to do. A replacement bath was sent, checked it and pulled back the plastic cover, low and behold, deep scratches in two parts of the bath so I refused delivery. Called [name] "so called customer services" NO apology and another bill from my plumber! to be told I would have to waith another four days. Stayed in waiting for the 3rd bath and it did not turn up.. Only to call [name] and be told "we have to check the bath first when it comes back, before we send another out". Next day another bath turns up.. Surprise surprise the end of the bath was stoved in "again". Totally peeved at this point and calling to speak to a manager up be told by [name] "So called customer services" we don't have a Manager and in no uncertain words said "Another bath will be sent out" basically like it or lump it.. 3 weeks down the line, 4 broken baths, £100 out of pocket with Online Bathrooms and a £500 for nothing bill from my plumber.. I await the next bath.... Would I ever use again.. NO 100% NOT 7 other bathrooms will be ordered through a company that cares!
