I bought a bathroom suite from this company and paid promptly. Bathroom suite arrived but without a shower screen which was ordered. I have contacted them vial email and not even received a courtesy mail back to say they are looking into this matter. I will be taking matters further if they do respond about my refund within the next 7 days.

Also when suite was delivered, my sister had just died and I had to nip out to arrange death certificate etc. Company said that I missed delivery although no card was left or phone calls made BUT they managed to email me several times advising that I would be charged extra £25 on top of the original £75 for missed delivery. No empathy whatsoever, just one or two lines repeated over and over that I needed to pay them the additional cost.

Suite ordered and paid for on 2nd January, but arrived without a bath end panel, which I was told would be forwarded once in stock.

I emailed them after a month had passed asking where this panel was, and finally got a phone message to say it would be delivered this week. The day of delivery has passed, I waited in, still no panel. I have emailed them again, no reply so far.

Bought a wall hung toilet of these people, never again. A lug on the flush valve was broken which i have been trying to get replaced for just under a month now. The after sales team all thou seem nice people are a waste off time i have spent up to 3/4 hours and up to 18 phone calls chasing them, they dont seem to have any urgency i cant use the toilet or finish the project, they sent one replacement which was nothing to do with the part i needed.I spoke to some one today and the part may take up to a week to come. its a joke!
so be aware if you do buy just hope you dont have a problem with it.

Smooth transaction, quick delivery and very friendly delivery chap. Recommended.

I was very happy with the vanity unit and bath we had from yourselves, however, unfortunately I was quite upset with the bath panel you suggested as an additional buy for the bath. The panel would not fit under the bath as there were wooden battons fitted too closely to the edge of the bath. It is my opinion that the panel was not fit for purpose and was very flimsy and maybe you should consider not selling it with the bath. We were unable to return the panel as we had cut a pipe hole in it.

The quality of products were very good they were all very reasonably priced and everything arrived on time.

i was very pleased with the advice help,from this firm.bathroom was a better one than i had hoped for.looked at a lot of sites this was by far the best deal.

prompt efficient and was exactly as it said it was, pity we can,t get the same from the plumbers who said it would be fitted by christmas and we are still waiting!!!!

We placed our order on the 15th January, and was advised order would be with us on Tuesday 17th January. Order did not show up and when we called the company we were advised that it would now be with us on the 19th January.

Part of the order did show up on the 19th, but when we called the company to query when the rest of the order would be with us (this took 2 calls from us), again apologised to and promised order would be with us on Monday 23rd January, but yet again no order and by this time i have now lost 3 days pay! So again I had to chase the company what was happening, again apologised too, but still no answer, by now really not impressed with the so call customer service that i am receiving, so I have requested to speak to a Manager,this is easier said than done, it took 2 calls from myself and then finally i would not get off of the phone until the Manager came to the phone. Finally got to speak to Tony, and was promised delivery for Wednesday 25th, now this is 4 days unpaid leave I have had to take and yet still my order is not here.

Over £400 pounds later, still no complete order , as previous customer's have put its their loss as more was to be ordered.
Should I get a satisfactory response I will update my review.

Great customer service, with very helpful staff in helping me to arrange delivery for a number of orders and deal with an item I had received chipped.

Having made a charge for delivery, delivery was slow, not what you would expect. Products excellent quality with clear fitting instructions. Would use again.

Good prices and quick delivery

i ordered my bath, taps and screen lunch time wednesday, the goods were delivered before lunchtime the following day. Sales team were very helpful. Would use again and recommend.

I have only got praise for the service that i was provided with,I had been let down by P.T.S.but when i went on the internet and found your website i was very surprised at the standard of service that was given to me even though i had a problem with my payment going through, Mark was very patient and help me to complete the order, The delivery was on the day i was told it would be with no damages.Overall very very pleased with the service.

Found this company by accident on web search, prices were very competative, read the reviews and decided to go ahead.
I ordered a complete suite along with taps, straight away they called me back to check the order as i had doubled up on the tap order, they cancelled and refunded the money straight away. Delivery was within the week, it is now in the process of being installed and all seems in good order. I am very happy with the service and product and tell anyone who will listen :-) I will definately use them again in the future.
