Terrible. Slow delivery, poor communication, the 'chat' function just tells you to email admin when asked the simplest of questions. Not a company I'd consider using again. Very disappointing.

Fantastic service. I was looking for a headset suitable for UC, and while the website description did not explicitly specify UC compatibility, a quick email to One Direct clarified everything. Awful. Delivery attempted twice but no notice given so missed. Then parcel left in dept with no option to redirect. Rude staff. In the end I gave up and got a refund. Try elsewhere.
