OneAssist is an absolute scam. I bought the extended warranty for my Titan Smartwatch (3|1.96" AMOLED Display | SingleSync BT Calling | Fast Charging | 110+ Sports) expecting some peace of mind, but what I got was total frustration. They rejected my claim with the most baseless, nonsensical excuses and refuse to even let me speak to anyone who could help. It’s a complete joke. They’ve built an entire system just to avoid paying claims, and the customer service is a disaster. This is nothing but a money grab. They steal your hard-earned cash for a warranty, then flat-out refuse to honor it when you need it most. OneAssist is a disgrace, and their team is a bunch of fraudulent crooks.

Pathetic from oneassist. They just find a way to reject the claim with a valid and illogical reason. There is no mechanism to escalate the issue nor do they let us speak. It's just one sided. Completely unprofessional and fraudulent. I have heard many negative reviews about them earlier and now I have experienced it myself. They just steal the customer's money in the form of extended warranty but make sure that no claim is honoured citing lame excuses and reasons. Shame on you oneassist and your useless team. You guys are a bunch of fraudsters

This is a scam company. If your product is damaged, they will not refund your money or repair it. They will find a reason for it.
I am experienced.

Pathetic service. Pls don't waste your money on them. They would not do diagnosis properly. Will try to sell you unnecessary accessories. If you refuse, they will not do service and not even update you about it. Dont buy their membership, I am already regretting it.

Worst insurance dont take one assist insurance waste of money there just reject with improper reason , problem would be different reason for rejection is different , DONT TAKE ONEASSIST INSURANCE, worst service i have seen i taken for 2 products and claim is rejected for different reason and still i havent received my product and money i paid

Very bad experience from oneassist. Very delayed service and finally they will reject your claim. Never buy any protection plan from one assist. It is wastage of money and time. If possible give it minus star

I buy a full protection plan from one assist and while connecting usb cable of jio fiber the tv slips and fall and got a minor crack on display then i claim for insurance the denied what can I do

Never take insurance from OneAssist. Claim process is very bad. They will play all tricks to reject claims. One assist rejected my claim for accidental damage stating that the damage happened under mysterious circumstances, hence claim was rejected. There is no procedure to give clarification from customer side. There is no escalation matrix. Be careful while documenting claims, Once entry is made the one assist mobile app, they will look for excuses to prove it as non accidental damage.

I purchased an extended warranty for my Bluetooth headphone, which clearly states coverage under the extended warranty terms. I raised a claim and completed all required verification steps successfully.

After completing verification, I was asked to share my UPI ID for claim processing, which I provided. However, despite this, I later received a response stating that my claim has been rejected, without any proper justification.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and misleading. Selling an extended warranty and then rejecting a genuine claim after full verification defeats the purpose of the warranty and reflects very poor service standards.

I request immediate clarification and resolution of my claim. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this matter further through appropriate consumer grievance channels.

I Bought warranty for my earbuds , its still in warranty but they refuse to cover as is it outside their policy time range ?
They just scammed me

I had bought extended 3yrs warranty on my AC. My AC stopped cooling with an E6 error and i claimed the warrenty. One repair guy came and had a long conversation with his manager that part needs to replaced. My claim was rejected saying the repair guy couldn't stand at the place where ac is installed outside. Raised the claim again and they told me that they will send a guy from flipkart instead of one assist to remove the part and that i would need to pay him and they will pay me back when they replace the part. After that i paid the person who just came and removed the part. I kept getting messages that the new part is delayed, now they said they will pay me for the part that needs to be replaced and told me to put my upi id on the one assistant to receive payment. When i put the ID, the warrenty claim ticket closed saying they have successfully sent the money and closed the ticket. I did not receive any money and on top of that i lost money by paying the guy they sent. Its been 2 months from the time i raised the ticket till today.
Edit: i received money but its less than the cost of the part. But atleast i got. But now i need to hire somebody else and pay extra and replace the part.

And they did separate damage for that

Please don't buy one assist

No repairing nothing existing parts will be gone
