If I want to be honest I have mixed overall feelings about my experience with OneAdvanced. On the positive side, Vishwas was very helpful, patient, and persistent in resolving our most recent query. He tried several different approaches, asked their colleagues and eventually succeeded during our call.

I also appreciated that he offered a call instead of continuing with back-and-forth messages through the ticketing portal, which made the process much more efficient.

However, what left me uncomfortable was what happened at the end of the call. Vishwas shared the Trustpilot feedback link and insisted that I share my screen and write the review while he remained on the call watching. I politely refused that, saying will be sharing my feedback at a later time. Although I appreciate the effort he put into resolving our ticket, I found this inappropriate and it took me aback. I believe customer feedback should be written independently, without pressure or supervision, so that it reflects a genuine experience.

PJ Byrne spent a considerable amount of time and effort supporting me with an important project on our system. This support has saved me a lot of time and will provide great value to our teams. Thanks PJ !

Jessica Mistry answered my call for help in accessing the OneAdvanced Customer Service Portal, and quickly arranged a Teams meeting so that she could share my screen and talk me through the process to arrive at a solution to my problem. She was so helpful and friendly - she exemplifies good customer service!

We have been using OneAdvanced for many years, and the level of service has consistently been excellent. Most recently, Eve, one of the Associate Support Engineers, assisted us with a data fix issue and her support was outstanding.
Eve resolved the problem quickly and efficiently, demonstrating both strong technical expertise and a clear understanding of our requirements. Communication was excellent.
It's always reassuring to work with a support team that is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping their customers.

Had Vishwas complete a number of reports for us. Very happy with service. Everything done correctly and quickly.

Had to do some troubleshooting with Dave from the Time Capture team, which is a product I have very little knowledge or experience of as I am covering a colleague.
He was patient, explained everything to me and had the issue fixed very quickly.
The whole team is fantastic and always have a great experience when I have to speak to them about Netdocuments.

Gavin is always so helpful and patient, he never makes me feel that I am a bother. he is very knowledgeable

The problem took too long to be rectified causing major disruption to the surgery for over a week and was only graded as a '4'. I understand the issue was due to an update. The customer advisors were very polite but fixing the problem was the priority.

Quick reply and resolved quickly.

Vishwas helped with my issue, however, It did take some time to be connected and get the screen shared but once all sorted my issue was fixed, i did want a further look in to why the issue happened in the first place and was told i need to raise another ticket which isn't ideal as it takes more time but can be done

Security upgrade completed today by Dave Robinson on our live system. Work planned as per our specific requirements and requests accommodated. Work completed over and above our expectations. All done in a very timely manner. Really pleased. Great consultant and fabulous work.

Vishwas was very attentive and replied very fast.

Had a docman trouble regarding filing document as it mentioned API unavailable and I spoke to Roopa who has been very helpful and solved the problem within 15 minutes.
