I was very disappointed in how my order was handled. First of all I never got a order number or a confirmation. My delivery date kept getting pushed back. When I was told to track my order I couldn't as I had no order Number. When my gift was finally delivered my recipients name was spelled wrong and there was no gift card to tell them who it was from. Bad service all around.

I have used Omaha Steaks before and have always had a good experience. This last order, however, was a huge disappointment. The order consisted mostly of burgers. There was no flavor at all. It is the most expensive cardboard I've ever eaten. Having paid a premium price, I'll find a way to choke it down but I will never order again.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and from time to time had issues which were resolved. Not this time. I ordered 2 boxes on 4MAY today is the 13MAY and I still do not have the second box. The first box was delayed and when it came every single thing including the dry ice was thawed. Somehow the boxes got mixed and only 1/2 of both boxes arrived. Customer Service replaced the first one. The second one, mostly pork never came. It was also delayed and to this day has not arrived. Customer Service replaced the box which was to come today and it did not come. Now I have to call them yet again. In this economy throwing away food because of a carrier issue is a sin. I am going to think long and hard before I place another order. Still waiting for my other box…..

Their products are very good and the prices are good, especially when they are on sale. The only problem I consistently have is their delivery. Shipping is rarely on the delivery date given and information when you call is almost always inaccurate. Delays are more the norm, which results in product frequently not in the best frozen condition. They need to take a real hard look at their shipping logistics management.

So, this was my first order from Omaha steaks and I was very much looking forward to trying some of their products. Delivery of my order was timely and everything remained frozen in their packaging. I was impressed with how the various items in my order were packaged and the individual boxes fit nicely in my freezer. The first item I tried from my order were the top sirloin steaks and I must say, I was less than pleased with the quality of the meat. I fixed two steaks and after seasoning with some of the Omaha steak seasoning that came with my order, they were tender and flavorful. Well, mostly tender as there was too much gristle and connective tissue making it very difficult to chew and enjoy. In the end, almost half of one of the steaks was inedible with the other slightly better. Based on the company's claim, I was expecting better quality. I am hoping that the other items in my order provide a more pleasurable eating experience.

Worst experience I have ever had in my life so every single single mother I paid $149 for a package package and I was very excited to give me it was for the last anywhere anywhere anywhere between a month to two months between me and my 11-year-old son I got the meat. I’m not joking all of the premium meat and chicken in the packaging so when they thaw, it was colored water in it that taste right they said they were in a semi replacement order. The first replacement order they sent me. They gave me a $25 gift certificate, which is great whatever good customer service but however, however, it does not replace the fact that I was racking yields for my son so they sent me more meat and it had ice and it was just colored and holes in the premium meat, but the worst part is you sent me a third order and there was no ice packets no dry ice nothing in there to make it so the meat was quality by time. I got it. It was yellow yellow. The chicken was yellow yellow. The meat smelled really really bad and then when I called them, they told me there was nothing they can do for me anymore because I complained to me, however it was their mistake. I even took pictures of it and they would not allow me to send them the pictures of the Meat opening the package the third time because it’s on the third time. I’ve gotta take a video so I can see what’s going on and they still said they were not gonna send anything experience I’ve had in my life. Do not order!

As a longtime customer, I was again happy with the quality of the products received. However, I am not happy with the new packaging. In the past, orders were received in an insulated container, packed in dry ice and were always frozen solid, ready to be placed in my home freezer. My latest delivery was in a cardboard box with inferior "insulated lining" no dry ice. Instead of FEDX, the delivery was made by UPS whose trucks are not air conditioned. On a very warm day, at 1:30 pm, my order arrived and had already begun to thaw. I will not be ordering meats from Omaha Steaks during warmer months of the year for that reason. It's a shame.
