Website was 100% accurate as to the actual hotel. Booking was simple. Airline was great. Hospitality was 100%

We spent an hour searching for our taxi when we first arrived. We asked a Tui rep where we should go. She apparently looked on a screen after asking our names and told us to go to a bus at the opposite end of the car park. It wasn't ours. Eventually found the taxi stood at the other end of the car park saying he'd been waiting ages for us. Why couldn't he wait in arrivals for us? We were the only 2 people on the taxi.
Eleni apartments / studios.. very small. In need of a bit of tlc... but for price we paid it was fine. Pool , restaurant and location was lovely. Gorgeous views and two lovely restaurants nearby. Eleni has supermarket and its own restaurant and bar/ good reasonable prices. I think i would go again but probably book an apartment not studio. Had to put kettle on a stool to use as no plug near .. lol . But no worries really. Some might not like. I tried to ring rep as someone had left a suitcase when they went in the taxi back to the airport. She never rang back or messaged me. Fortunately I managed to get hold of the lady and they came back for the case. No information from Olympic regarding going home... it said on the notice board use the Olympic app... 🤷‍♀️ couldn't get an app. I did get an email saying our plane had been delayed for one hour but pick up would still be the same. I managed to "whats app" the rep to ask another question . She did message me back. Our flight should have been at 00.30. And we did not get on the plane ( which was a Tui flight) until 2.15am. The last tui flight we went on was delayed just like this . I dont think I will use Tui again..if I can help it. So to summarise... flights / transfers could have been better. Holiday accommodation was lovely .. worth the price we paid. Would recommend Eleni Apartments for a typical simple clean greek holiday. - Although would recommend an apartment not studio. Especially no. 16- it was tiny !! Although some other studios were slightly bigger. All staff at Eleni were lovely smiley and helpful. I just felt a bit let down with the flights and information. I did enjoy the holiday though.

Zante Alamis apartments do not book with Olympic. Rooms on their and Olympic booking sites look great but with Olympic you definitely in 3rd class in car park at back. Only 2 plug points good I brought my extension lead with 6 plug points and usb. No soap at all even to wash hands nor to clean bowls we used for breakfast nor glasses. Room overlooked car park and cleaning staff buckets which they started filling at 7am chatting whilst they did. Bathroom shower had only a low hook so had to lift and hold to wash and rinse. Toilet flush knob missing as was spindle to hold toilet roll shame Olympic as we have had great holidays before but never again

From start to finish Olympic Holidays were exceptional. They listened & Gavin booked accommodation in areas which were a lovely mixture & all suitable & different.
Any queries were answered & sorted out promptly on the WhatsApp group.
As 2 female 70 yr olds doing a 7 island Greek Island Hop this year we were highly satisfied with the holiday
This is the 3rd time we have used Olympic holidays & will definitely use them again

Super efficient from start to finish. From making our initial enquiry for a 2 centre holiday to completing the booking took less than 2 days. And, that's with several changes our end!
Nothing was too much trouble for Shelley, she was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful, with the added bonus of being really easy to talk to about our requirements. Highly recommend.

The whole of our Island Hopping trip was amazing. Everything was arranged for us with pickups and Ferry tickets handed to us when we landed in Santorini. The hotels and resorts were excellent. Great way of seeing the smaller islands.

We recently did a three island holiday to Greece and I must say it was the best holiday to Greece to date … Jennie and Jane from Olympic were so lovely from meeting us off the flight to Making sure we got on the connecting boat transfer and for checking in daily with me and my husband. Highly recommended . Thankyou for making our holiday memorable

I booked my first olympic holiday through Tui as i know the staff in there very well having had many holidays with them over the years. The night before my departure i had Tui ring me to tell me Olympic have now said there is no room for me at the hotel booked, i had tried to elongate the holiday three weeks previous and at that point no problem, and now Olympic do not even ring themselves to say, get tui to.
This caused multiple problems but after many topping and frowing with tui as the middle person we were told you either accept the new place ( not where i wanted to be) or lose all my money. I did ask for a full refund and would’ve immediately booked with Tui however Olympic informed Tui i wasn’t entitled to a refund.
As it turns out in there own terms and conditions i was fully entitled to one but the olympic staff chose to lie about this. Poor communications at least. I’m now trying to get home dropped at the airport 6 hours before departure 3 hours before check in. Very well done

In response to your reply , your minimal amount of compensation was you’re standard in this situation, and you did not recognise or understand anything you learnt about the trip and the huge impact it had on the holiday, the bookings that had been made that had to be cancelled or offer anything after learning this , you were also offered another chance to make amends at the second property and again did not listen or make any attempt at all to help.

Just back from island hopping! What a fantastic holiday! Olympic organised everything from pick ups, ferry tickets, contact numbers, couldn’t fault this company, will we use them again, absolutely!

From the time I got through the airport to the time I was dropped off back at the airport three weeks later everything went exceptionally well, always someone waiting to greet me and show me to my transfer. All the ferry journeys around the islands where well planned and made my travels simple and uncomplicated.
All barring one of the hotels was everything I had hoped for, unfortunately the last one was disappointing.
Overall a truly wonderful escape.

Just returned from yet another brilliant holiday at the Zante Star hotel, 7 years we've been going now, but other friends have been going for 20years , great staff also just a nice distance from town, why go anywhere else ? The Olympic rep Neil was a regular visitor and was happy to tell you how to avoid the heat 🥵 of the day and also giving you updates of what there is to do in Tsivili. Don't be slow to book as places are going fast.

The resort was excellent. Very clean and tidy.Staff especially the waiters, bar staff and pool staff very efficient and friendly. Cleaning staff good as well as reception.
Pool very nice but quite shallow.
No shuttle bus into Zante town so a bit of a walk but ok.
Excellent service from Neil Fawcett who explained about the island and car hire etc and great follow up on arrival and collection.

Easy to book and print documents Neil showed up where I was staying on a regular basis always there to help and give tips and advice about the airport .

I have always used Olympic for my Greek holidays. Found the website easy to use and really easy to book. I have specific locations and find it easy to find and book them. Being able to choose flights I want is a bonus especially if you dont want to travel early. Allways found the reps very friendly and useful. Overall the service from beginning to end is amazing. Will recommend and use again.

The 4th holiday in 3 years we've had with Olympic. They really are a good company and a bit of a best kept secret...we always tell who we have booked with.
Joanne was very good with information throughout and responded quickly to any question we had.As is Dora....booking again soon.

First time booking with Olympic Holidays and would definitely book with them again. A very supportive customer service team, who helped me with my queries following my booking and Joanne was a great in-resort help when I misplaced my passport. She worked hard to ensure I got it back safely. Thanks for all the support and a great holiday.

We’ve just returned from an amazing island-hopping holiday to Naxos with Olympic Holidays, and I can’t recommend them enough. We were a little unsure what to expect with travelling between different islands and staying in different locations, but everything was so well organised from start to finish.

All of our ferry connections, transfers and flights lined up perfectly, and everything ran like clockwork. It really took the stress out of travelling, allowing us to relax and enjoy our holiday.

The customer service was excellent too. We always felt looked after, with someone on hand to help whenever we needed it. Having UK-based support made a big difference and gave us real peace of mind.

A fantastic holiday company that genuinely cares about its customers. We had a fabulous time and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Olympic Holidays again!
