We had a very significant flight delay but were kept informed by Amanda the whole time. I cannot praise her enough she is a credit to Olympic Holidays. She even met us back at the airport the following day to ensure we were ok.

I have just returned from my holiday to Zante, and after booking with Olympic Holidays for the first time, I can honestly say it certainly won't be the last!

Before my holiday, I requested a hotel change due to personal preferences. Amanda dealt with my request incredibly quickly, found the perfect solution, and I was absolutely over the moon with my new hotel, Zante Star. Throughout the week, Amanda regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well, which made me feel genuinely cared for.

On my final day, there was the tragic plane crash at Zante Airport, which resulted in the airport closing and our flight being delayed by around 30 hours. I actually had no idea what had happened until Amanda called me personally to explain the situation. Thanks to her quick thinking, excellent communication and organisation, I didn't make the journey to the airport and become caught up in the chaos. Instead, she ensured we had a comfortable hotel room and everything we needed while we waited for further updates.

As someone who is neurodivergent, unexpected situations like this can have a significant impact on my mental wellbeing. Amanda's calm, reassuring approach made all the difference. She kept us regularly updated with accurate information, constantly checked that I was safe, comfortable and coping, and went above and beyond to support us.

I couldn't believe that Amanda was even at the airport for our eventual departure, despite it being the last flight out, making sure everyone was checked in smoothly and personally checking that I was okay.

Having worked as a TUI Holiday Representative myself for six years, I know exactly what this job involves, and I can honestly say Amanda's level of service was exceptional. She went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. She is kind, caring, professional and an absolute credit to Olympic Holidays.

This experience has shown me that smaller companies like Olympic Holidays can provide a level of genuine, heartfelt customer service that you simply don't always receive from larger companies. Sadly, Jet2's communication and organisation throughout the disruption fell well below the standard that Amanda consistently provided.

Because of Amanda, I have already recommended Olympic Holidays to friends and family, and I will definitely be booking with Olympic again,if only so I get to see Amanda again!

we booked an 11 night island hop to skiathos, skopelos & alonisos. we were met at the airport, taken to the port and out on a ferry to skopelos. we had transport to accommodation & back to the port again for onward travel to alonisos. met again in alonisos & taken to & from accommodation & same again to skiathos.
it was a seamless process @ good communication with the staff on resort to confirm pickup times etc.
would definitely travel with you again & will be recommending to friends.

Although we had a destination in mind, Louisa demonstrated knowledge and professionalism whilst maintaining a calm and patient demeanour. This eased the stress of the booking process and helped inform our choice of holiday.

Booking our holiday was very easy. It was nice to pay off our holiday in small amounts when we wanted. The rep at our hotel got back to us very quickly when we had a query.

Having visited Alykes on Zante around 40 times in the last 29 years (mostly booked with Olympic Holidays) my experience with them has been nothing but extremely satisfactory, Shelly Kingstone is an outstanding customer services representative and always goes above and beyond to give me the best possible deal, she has secured 2 breaks for me for next year 4 weeks in june and 4 at the end of August 2027 , many thanks Shelly

Just returned from an amazing holiday to Zante Star in Tsilivi.
The hotel is amazing and couldn’t do enough for you.
We even met Amanda who was very helpful.
Would highly recommend Olympic and the Zante Star.

Due to a ferry strike Olympic put us up in a hotel in Athens . Clearly the cheapest one they could find . Reviews confirm it is in an undesirable area not safe to venture out in the evenings . Visable drug use , prostitution and large gangs of young men which felt very threatening . No hotel restaurant or bar so no option but to go out . Totally unsuitable replacement accommodation and disinterested Customer Service response from Olympic .

It was a pleasure to deal with Tanja when booking my holiday to Corfu for 2027. She explained everything to me and my husband. It made the experience very easy. Highly recommend Tanja and Olympic Holidays.

Everything went to plan regarding travel and transfers. The hotel itself was spotless and the staff were all really nice and genuinely friendly. Special mention to Tula who we chatted with every morning as we had coffee - she was wonderful and genuine.

Very good communication before holiday and was nice to see rep at the hotel at least twice was really friendly

Joanne at Olympic is the BEST!!! She helped me plan my wedding and it was better than we could have ever imagined. Nothing was ever too much, she helped me plan every single detail, talked me through all of the paperwork I needed for a Greece wedding and was extremely knowledgeable. She put me so at ease every step of the way which kept me calm on the wedding day. She helped create what was genuinely the best day of our lives and I will forever be so grateful to her.

She sorted out our flowers, transport to and from the venue, paperwork, cake and everything else that comes along with a wedding. If you are thinking about getting married abroad, Olympic is 100% the place to book.

We spent an hour searching for our taxi when we first arrived. We asked a Tui rep where we should go. She apparently looked on a screen after asking our names and told us to go to a bus at the opposite end of the car park. It wasn't ours. Eventually found the taxi stood at the other end of the car park saying he'd been waiting ages for us. Why couldn't he wait in arrivals for us? We were the only 2 people on the taxi.
Eleni apartments / studios.. very small. In need of a bit of tlc... but for price we paid it was fine. Pool , restaurant and location was lovely. Gorgeous views and two lovely restaurants nearby. Eleni has supermarket and its own restaurant and bar/ good reasonable prices. I think i would go again but probably book an apartment not studio. Had to put kettle on a stool to use as no plug near .. lol . But no worries really. Some might not like. I tried to ring rep as someone had left a suitcase when they went in the taxi back to the airport. She never rang back or messaged me. Fortunately I managed to get hold of the lady and they came back for the case. No information from Olympic regarding going home... it said on the notice board use the Olympic app... 🤷‍♀️ couldn't get an app. I did get an email saying our plane had been delayed for one hour but pick up would still be the same. I managed to "whats app" the rep to ask another question . She did message me back. Our flight should have been at 00.30. And we did not get on the plane ( which was a Tui flight) until 2.15am. The last tui flight we went on was delayed just like this . I dont think I will use Tui again..if I can help it. So to summarise... flights / transfers could have been better. Holiday accommodation was lovely .. worth the price we paid. Would recommend Eleni Apartments for a typical simple clean greek holiday. - Although would recommend an apartment not studio. Especially no. 16- it was tiny !! Although some other studios were slightly bigger. All staff at Eleni were lovely smiley and helpful. I just felt a bit let down with the flights and information. I did enjoy the holiday though.

Zante Alamis apartments do not book with Olympic. Rooms on their and Olympic booking sites look great but with Olympic you definitely in 3rd class in car park at back. Only 2 plug points good I brought my extension lead with 6 plug points and usb. No soap at all even to wash hands nor to clean bowls we used for breakfast nor glasses. Room overlooked car park and cleaning staff buckets which they started filling at 7am chatting whilst they did. Bathroom shower had only a low hook so had to lift and hold to wash and rinse. Toilet flush knob missing as was spindle to hold toilet roll shame Olympic as we have had great holidays before but never again
