Ordered this straw hat online, 2 days later, get an e-mail its out of stock.

Zero customer service, will not return messsges, phone calls or even their own online forms! Ordered in Jan of this year and not only do I not have any product, I don’t have the item ordered and they have my $407! I would NEVER recommend this company or anything associated with it. I truly do not know how they are still operating a business. My husband had a manufacturing company for over 50 years, so I know a thing or two about customer service. This isn’t it, not even a little bit . 😡😡😡😡

The clothes were shipped as if they just came from the dry cleaner on hangers, wrapped in plastic.

The Old Trading Post website is easy to navigate and offers clear pictures of their merchandise, in my case gun leather. The extensive inventory makes OTP a go-to source for the Old West collector and enthusiast.

I ordered a carbine saddle scabbard in early Feb 2022, full payment cleared a week later, and now it is late Jun 2022 and no goods delivered. I have emailed about the order a few times since, and a call to customer service had to be left on voice mail.

If the product is still in the works, can't you just call or email me with an update? I think this is almost as irritating as not receiving the scabbard that has already been paid for.

This is not the way to treat a repeat customer. If this doesn't clear it up, I won't be a customer any longer.

Can’t figure out how to cancel my order due to over price and slow shipping

Needed a holster for when I am on my tractor. Found the WW2 tanker style holster at a good price. Made the purchase. Quick and easy.

I ordered a custom holster from OTP back in February. At the time of my order, I was informed the process takes a while. With a solid understanding of what the word "custom" means, I expected this. Still, I cant help but check the account, even just to see the "processing" status still there. I have received multiple calls from Mike about the order and time changes. I greatly appreciate the customer consideration he has to pick up the phone and update me.

You can have Quality, Inexpensive, or Fast... pick two. Considering the detail and work that goes in to custom leather works, I chose inexpensive and quality. If you want fast, go to Amazon. Quality and detail take time, accept it. You'll be happy you did!

Thank you Mike for keeping me in the loop with the process and I look forward to receiving my holster when it is finished. I will be reaching out again, when the time arises for another custom job.

everything going ok with order so far.

After worrying about receiving my purchase, the owner took it upon himself to call me and explain how things were going and that I would receive my product. Good to know he reads reviews and takes his time to solve issues.

I got everything that I wanted , along with prompt and friendly service ; I willbe a repeat customer !!

So I left a review in November about a holster I had not received. Ordered in august 2021. It’s now June 2022 and still haven’t received my order. Nor even an update unless I leave a bad review. Since my last review left in November I have heard nothing. No replies from emails to Mike. I think I’d just like to get my money back. The Covid excuse is so worn out at this point.
