Easy navigation of website. They sell their own quality leather and leather from other high quality leather companies. There were so many things I wanted it took me several hours to actually decide on my order.

I mistakenly purchased the wrong item. I called customer service, left a voicemail. They called back in 5 minutes and corrected my order. They were extremely conscientious and worked to be sure I got what I needed.

Excellent products and an easy to navigate web site. There communication and response to inquiries and questions is excellent.

Usually when someone gives a company their email on exchange for a discount on their first purchase, the code is provided right then, or added at checkout, NOT sent to their email address. I called the company but it was after hours, so I decided to just wait and order another time. When I returned to my email, I found it had been sent there. I wasted a whole lot of time looking for it. Otherwise, I'm sure this will be a good product that I will get a lot of use out of.

I’m very happy to say that Mike called me and made things right and I received my boots. His company was having supply problems and he was able to find out that the supplier shipped the boots somewhere else. He said that he would send me another pair and was giving me a discount for the inconvenience. I got the boots today, as promised. These are beautiful Victorian style boots just in time for the Fall.

I ordered a leather jacket on 2nd of September, it’s now the 14th and I have yet received it. No tracking number or information was provided. I spoke with Mikeand he said he would check on it and get right back with me. That was 3 days ago,
I have not heard back from him. Your customer service really sucks. Out of money and no jacket

Great buying experience with timely shipping.

I placed an order for a holster on April 21, 2022. I expected it to take a few weeks to custom make it, but months had gone by so I tried to check on the status via the contact us email from their website on August 22, 2022 and got no return response. On September 1, 2022 I called the only phone number on their website and the only option was to leave a message. I did not leave a message. Shortly after, a man returned the call (I believe only because he thought I wanted to place an order ) and I inquired about my order. I gave him the order number and he said he would check on it and call me back. It is now September 9, 2022 and I have heard nothing from him. I can only assume they have defaulted on my order and will research my options. Buy through The Old Trading Post at your own risk.

Just the item I have been looking for. Perfect to fit on my gun belt, now I can carry more extra 30-30/Win. Special .32 ammo as well. Can't wait to receive it.

I spent 3 hours tracking down the Old Trading Post after an order from several years ago. It was worth it, once I found the site again (I saved it this time!) and what I wanted, Mike got back to me within 10 mins with answers to my questions! These folks are awesome!
