This company is a SCAM do not purchase anything from them I ordered from them and after 3 weeks received a cheap tatty scarf from china which was not what u ordered. After trying in vain to get in touch with customer service it's now week 5 since my initial order and nothing. So avoid at all costs

I was scammed too, received the same message telling me they were investigating fraudulent activity. I have emailed them twice and still no reply. I have to wait 15 days to appeal with my bank.

Beware! Suspect fraudulent activity. No PlayStation code received but money taken. Currently trying to retrieve money from credit card company. Leave well alone and pay the extra through cd keys!

This site needs closing down getting everyones money and have to wait 2 weeks before bank will investigate... Not good wen u have 3 kids to feed. Scumbags!

Ordered Xbox gold voucher code received an email to say that due to fraudulent checks they were having to check to see if I was the account holder on the card and that a customer service agent will be checking my order this was 4 days ago and after checking my bank they have already taken my money!! I have sent four emails to which I’ve had no reply NOT HAPPY!!!

Paid for 12-month Xbox Live code 4 days ago but not received anything but automatic emails stating that checks are being carried out due to multiple fraudulent requests!
Had good Trustpilot reviews initially. Now website is no longer registered to a domain and it seems nobody is getting responses to emails. First time I remember that I've been duped like this!

Took my money for an instant Xbox live code. Said I had to go through extra checks. Code never came and they’ve took the money. No response to e-mails and the website has disappeared. Having to wait the minimum time(15 days) to open a claim with my bank to try and get my money back. Scam.

Never ever buy from them. Take my advice and go to gamesdeal.com which i ended up doing, you will get what u ordered instantly. This company is rubbish just like the reviews that say otherwise. Ordered an xbox Gold Card expecting the code, instead i received a message saying they randomly verify accounts for fraud please bare with them. I checked my account and they had deducted the money!!!! Shouldnt it still be processing if you need to verify the account. 6 days later no code. Contacted them 3 times no response. Terms & conditions say they can delay giving your purchase for any length of time!!! I also says someone will manually verify your account and contact you for information if needed...no contact received! If i wanted to wait this length of time I wouldve just gone to the shops. They advertise ssying instant codes....false!. So i guess they can choose to provide non existing customer service because the T&C basically says they can and clearly they dont care.

Scam. Emailed them 2 days ago, still waiting till they verify my credentials despite them already taking the money.

It's a con, don't do it. Nothing received after 3 days.....gutted i've been had.

Ordered yesterday and once paid I got some dodgy notification to state my purchase was being verified by them due to fraud reasons, which is ironic as I believe I am the one who has been defrauded by them!

No response to my email querying this and when I tried to access the website today it no longer exists....I think I have been had 😡

I PURSHASED 12 MONTHS XBOX LIVE GOLD MEMBERSHIP OVER THE WEEKEND AFTER MAKING PAYMENT RECEIVED A EMAIL SAYING DOWNLOAD YOUR CODE WHICH I PROCEEDED TO DO BUT RATHER THAN GIVE A CODE IT GIVES A MESSAGE SAYING WE ARE UNABLE TO ISSUE YOUR CODE DUE TO FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE MANUALLY PROCESSED..
STRAIGHT AWAY THIS WAS VERY SUSPICIOUS, I TRYED TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY HOWEVER THEY ONLY HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS WHICH I EMAILED FIVE TIMES WHICH WENT IGNORED.
JUST USE A KNOWN WEBSITE GUYS LIKE CDKEYS THEY WERE THE NEXT CHEAPEST AND THEY ISSUE YOUR CODE IMMEDIATELY.

Paid for 12 months Xbox live Gold for my daughter, had the same issue as a few reviews on here, that I have now read unfortunately after paying. Received the e-mail with the download, but no download, just a note to say they were going to verify my order. 48 hours later, still nothing and no reply to my e-mail. Reporting to my credit card company and will never use again.

Dishonest company. Never received my code. I don't understand how they can still be a running company.

Didn’t get my PS4 plus mebmership?

Still nothing 24hr now. I called my credit card company they will put in a dispute, withhold paying or credit my account. Well worth trying if your in the same position. I purchased 2 PS4 passes @ £59.

Purchased online activation code for my sons game system and still have not received anything and had money taken out of my account. Sent email asking what is going on but had no response and that is after 4 days

Ordered a 12 PS4 network card, received some bull word document about checking if I am authorised to use my own bank card, emailed them no reply,I have reported this company to the police, wish I found the reviews 1st but nothing came up, hopefully this stops someone else purchasing from them, no contact details apart from email, no company information and website only been going for 19 days. Please be aware if you purchase from them you will loose your hard earned cash. Please see other bad reviews, if you read 5* ones they are duplicated word for word! The company now doesn't have a website! All that says is it was never a genuine company for them to just take the money and nothing received 10 days later,

After waiting a week i have still not received my Xbox Live 12 month code. My money has been taken, and cleared.
I have sent several e-mails asking what's taking so long and still no reply.

Everytime i check my Official Varified download link it keeps giving me the same message. "unfortunately due to an increase in fraudulent orders we are currently applying additional compliance & verification checks to make sure you are who you say you are and that you have permission to use this card......

This is the worst company i have ever delt with and my advice to people is not to bother and pay the little bit extra from the trusted sites. I wish i had...

In short... They have my money, failed to reply to several of my e-mails, no other way of contacting them.

I will be taking this further..

Update aug 2019.... my bank claimed my money back.

If you have had this issue, speak to your bank or which way you paid. If the company fails to respond your bank can issue a charge back meaning you get your money back.

I got my money back in full. Hopefully the company who tried this scam have now been closed.
