This company is a scam. Never returned any of my emails.

SCAM! Purchased translation with notarization and expiated delivery through their website. They never got back to me even though after I asked for a quote the answer was super fast. It’s been more than a week of silence. Clearly a fraudulent business, do not send any money!!!!

I was in an urgent need of a translation & was calling every company up seeing who would answer and who could guarantee a quick translation at a price that wasn't crazy. This was the first company to meet both criteria.

The person who answered the phone, Dario, spoke clearly and was efficient. I asked what his price would be in 2 hours for 2 documents. It was too high for us so I asked how about for a passport translation. That was a decent price so we paid & he even returned the translation to us within the hour. Everything done online.

So I was in a rush. I just thought since it's in Google Maps, they have an office locally and it's legit. However, there are several companies listing on Google Maps without an in-person office. That's when I realized this company was one of them. Then when I saw zero reviews on Trust Pilot (and only 3 on Google Maps Sacramento), I got scared as this is an urgent matter and online-only services can be scammy. But Dario pulled through.

He even translated within 1 hour turnaround when we agreed on a 2 hour turnaround. I'm so glad to have put trust in him as we did not have to reschedule our USCIS appointment & they accepted his translated document.

I'm wondering if they are a new company due to lack of reviews. I'm happy to be their first here! They are on par with the other translation service we used that was highly rated, highly reviewed but we did have to ask the other company to correct a couple typos.

TLDR USCIS-accepted and fast which was our needs. We tried another highly-rated highly reviewed translating website service and there was typos. This service did have a spacing issue but nothing significant & I would say typos are worse. So I would say quality is on par with others. (Both companies ask for feedback/opportunity to correct mistakes).
