ODL Dental Clinic Anmeldelser 

Previously, I had left a negative review regarding the lack of updates about my referral letter for NHS, which was to no fault of ODL Clinic but NHS. In short, NHS rejected my referral in December, but they didn't inform me due to COVID-related technical issues.

In this case, this proves that the customer is not always correct. Therefore, I would like to apologise for my previous review publicly, which was wrong.

The whole staff is exceptional, and I look forward to the following treatments I might need.

Had my Invisalign treatment with ODL. Great service and happy with my outcome. Whenever I was due for a check-up, I would always receive calls to schedule appointments. Great prices too!

I really recommend this clinic,profesional doctors,with patience,nice,polite,they don't rush you and explain everything you need to know,plus they listen to your request.

I've been vist the orthodontics Dr. Alex,still have to visit him and as soon I will start working with him,I will let my review about him,but I'm sure he's one of the best,as I choose him from the reviews,so for sure he's not let me down.
I visit the hygienist Natalya,very nice,she made me feel very comfortable,the same with the periodontics Dr. Rocio,in the beginning I was so scared,but after I saw that she does her work painless,distressed me,she made my teeth sparkling,looks like I made whitening,many thanks to them!
I also visit Dr. Piranavan,which he really made a examination,I had in another place examination(long ago),that was rushed,but Dr. Piranavan took every step that it's written on the description of the booking!
And also thank you so much for the nurses that are very helpful and Dr. Alex team,who are very nice and warm welcoming everytime !

I had gum disease for years! I’ve been to so many different dentist but they couldn’t solve my problem( unprofessional ) until someone told me about ODL. Here I meet Dr. Tatiana, she is amazing, very nice and professional. During the treatment she asked me if I’m ok or if I’m in pain. We had two appointments and after that my gum disease disappeared!! Thank you Dr. Tatiana, you changed my life!
After I decided to have braces because I also had crooked teeth! I meet Dr. Bruna.. she is very friendly always explaining everything about the braces! I still visit her every month. Thank you Dr. Bruna for your help.

I started off my journey in August 2020.. i had various pre appointments before actually fitting my braces in September 2021. I had clear ceramic braces as i wanted something more discreet due to the line of work i am in and having to talk to others every day! From the beginning staff at ODL have been amazing!. Before contacting ODL i had consultations with other places but ODL was just the right place for me. My Orthodontist was lovely Dr Linda, hands down she was a God send.. she made me feel 100% comfortable at all stages, she was welcoming, nurturing and explained everything little detail to ensure my braces journey went as smooth as possible. I had my braces in for 18 months to close my gap and correct my overbite and i must say, the results are shocking! I have perfect teeth now and i can't stop smiling. :D I must say the first 4 months was a nightmare especially after your braces are retightened.. i suggest you have painkillers on standby! i also removed 2 teeth as part of my personal journey so this was an additional pain factor but the pain was completely worth it. For anyone considering adult braces, i would say definitely go for it. Its added that extra layer of confidence ive needed for a long time. The costs are very reasonable compared to other places and the PAYG options helps as you can budget your monthly costs, the ODL team are friendly, they answer your queries promptly and always greet you with a smile upon arrival! I can't recommend ODL enough.

Just want to express my most profound gratitude to this clinic. After years researching for braces in London, this clinic was recommended by a friend of a friend. I then decided to book after looking at their website and saw their affordable prices. One month later I started my journey with them and unfortunately I also lost my job, they immediately understood my situation and helped me spreading the cost as much a posible. I recently completed my braces treatment and I never thought I was able to afford the smile that I have now. The result is fantastic! . Dr Alex and his team did wonders with my teeth and I cannot stop smiling!!! 😃 Hands down to the hard working team at ODL - without a doubt the best dental clinic in London! A massive thank you!

I am very happy and grateful to have found Dr Tatiana. I had complications with my gums for years, and after moving to London I could never find the “right” dentist, a professional that I could feel I can trust. Until Dr Tatiana was recommended to me, I had my first appointment and immediately knew I wanted to have my treatments with her. She is very professional, friendly, and delicate with her hands.
Last month I had surgery for a gum craft with her. She was very professional, always explaining everything to me, even the possible risks, etc.. never felt pain with her. Edna, the dental nurse who assisted her in the surgery, was fantastic! They both transmitted me good energy and the calm I needed at that moment.
I consider that Dr Tatiana did an amazing job with the graft. I am very happy and love the result. I am very grateful that she is the one that is taking care of my gums now. I would recommend her 100%.
I would also like to recommend the practice as all the staff is very professional and their services are affordable with payment options available from a certain amount. The receptionists are very friendly as well! In particular, the Italian lady and treatment coordinator Daniela.

I finish my orthodontic treatment 6 months ago and here are the results. I can't recommend ODL Dental Clinic enough!  Dr. James has fitted my braces and he is amazing! Every single time he was explaining me all the steps  and procedures. From his recommendation, I have seen Dr. Angie...what she is doing, definitely it's called magic!! She is very kind and friendly! As well,  she was explaining all the steps to get my bridge fitted(I was quite nervous at the beginning), but in the end you can't even see the difference between my natural teeth and bridge. All the staff it's very nice and definitely can see that they are enjoying being there. They are definitely the best in London! Thank you ODL DENTAL CLINIC! ❤

I had few appointments with Dr.Tatiana including crown lengthening procedure. I was super stressed and worried about the surgery but Dr.Tatiana made it so smooth and stress free for me. She ensures I understood what the procedure was and how it was made. She constantly talked to me and took me step by step on what she's doing. When she put local anaesthetic I literally felt nothing, I didn't even notice her doing it. She should definitely teach other dentists in the clinic how to put local anaesthetic to patients. If you ever are having crown lengthening procedure with Dr.Tatiana, you don't need to worry about anything, there's completely no pain as she ensures you have pain free experience. Thank you to Dr.Tatiana and her Brazilian nurse.

I had braces around 10 years ago but did not take good care of them and because I was moving cities I decided to take them off as I couldn't continue the treatment with my then orthodontist. 

I knew I’d have to go to the dentist to straighten my teeth at some point but kept putting it off.

In the last couple of years my teeth started moving and my upper teeth became tighter and gaps in my lower teeth began to widen and it became more noticeable. I decided to start my search again and found ODL online and gave it a try. They explained the full process very patiently and answered all my doubts, It’s been 4 months since I put on braces to straighten my teeth and I can’t wait to see the end result - so far I’m so pleased to have found them!

I went through numerous consultations with different Invisalign providers before I chose ODL City and I am so glad that I did! I had a fantastic experience at ODL City going through the Invisalign process with Dr. Alex, I cannot praise him and his team enough for the change to my smile. Not only are they experts in Invisalign but he really tries to maintain the character of your smile. They are also totally upfront with cost, what it includes and expectations once the treatment ends.

I would not recommend this dental clinic. No refund was confirmed and I had to chase them for a refund on my appointment which was cancelled almost a week before the appointment was due. I have since been placed on “refund waiting list” whatever this means and will have to now open a chargeback case with my bank. Awful service. I had to contact the dental clinic again 24 hours after I cancelled my appointment about refunds as the clinic didn’t mention anything about this which I found odd and only then did they tell me I had to fill in a form in order to receive a refund which would take up to 30 days.

From the first appointment until I had my braces removed the level of service and professionalism was exceptional! Fantastic communication, friendly staff, especially Dr. James, he is very professional, patient with his work and would explain all the steps as you go. Great experience over all, will definitely recommend!

I went to see Rocio in the periodontist department and she was EXCELLENT! I knew I had some issues with my gums as they had been bleeding at times and she explained there was a build up of plaque normal brushing could not address. I needed a deep gum clean. I was a bit anxious about this but she explained how the process would work, answered all my queries and no question I had was too much for her .she has A very calming, reassuring and informative manner about her and I would recommend her for periodontist treatment. I was a bit nervous before seeing her but she made the process stress free! 5 star service!

I always had insecurities about my teeth. The shape of my first two teeth were horrific. However, after getting my braces and seeing Dr. Lida every month - she literally boosted my confidence as my teeth began to straighten. She gave my clear instructions on how to keep them clean, what to eat and where my progress was at each appointment. She never made me feel uncomfortable and always had a calm demeaner about herself, completely professional.
This was extremely helpful, as I am a super nervous patient and hate anything to do with dentists.
By the end of my braces journey, I hand on heart can say that I wouldn't choose another dentist, other than ODL dental clinic.
The staff are amazing, they help you with all your queries, your chosen dentist helps you choose the correct dental care package for you and they make payments super easy and secure.
Additionally, as I got my braces removed, I wanted composite bonding - just to fix the shape of my front two teeth and honestly after going to Angie - I literally don't even recognise myself anymore, after showing all my friends and family - they were in utter shock.
I am just so happy with the treatment that I decided to continue with a year ago, as now I'm smiling and ready for graduation! Angie did a beautiful job, you cant even tell where the composite is and honestly I wouldn't have it any other way!

If you really want a reliable team with great people skills and consideration - the ODL dental clinic is the one for you.

I will definitely be coming back here for check ups in the future.

I cannot praise this practice highly enough. The reception staff are always polite and helpful. The practice has very high standards of cleanliness and modern well equipped surgeries. I have to say that I was disappointed when my original dentist left, but Dr Angie Pulido who replaced her is even better. She is by far the best dentist that I have ever seen and I have probably seen in excess of twenty dentists. Dr Angie explains everything in as much detail as you want and the standard of her work is far in advance of anything I have previously experienced. Dr Angie repaired minor damage on a front tooth edge that had been attempted about three or four times before by my previous dentist. The repair now cannot be seen and I have not had any problems since. Dr Angie also discovered that a back tooth that had been giving me bad pain and referred pain for many years, was in fact cracked down the middle and could not be seen on X-Rays. The tooth had to be removed and I am now pain free. As I previously stated, I cannot praise this practice and in particular Dr Angie, highly enough.
