Good, reliable service and friendly staff to talk to when required

Things went fairly smoothly eventually, had problems putting music onto the system as wasnt set up. Took a long time to get sorted but got there eventually

I find the staff at Obitus to be very helpful, especially when families request something that is not on the system and a little it different, they always seem to source the track for families.

Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help with any last amendments especially when issues arrive with music the team are quick at resolving any music or hymn query's you throw at them.

As funeral directors we make use of Obitus on an almost daily basis. We have always found them to be efficient, friendly and helpful. We have presented them with some 'interesting' situations over the years, with music that is difficult to find and tight deadlines and they have always pulled it out of the bag for us.
