I ordered for Google pixel 9 on the OBEROBiZ,they sent nonsense phone to me,and i make a returned and refund, since April 2026 till now no refund. Guy don’t patronize this company, they are scammer.

I bought a wowcher voucher for mario kart building blocks. I read the reviews for the company after purchase and was scared that I had made a big mistake. The product arrived a day later than expected which is no biggie. I knew when I bought it it wasn't going to be real lego but it was a 10/10 replica. I even used the lego building app although it did come with an instruction booklet. The print on the wheels is slightly off center but again, no biggie imo. There were 4 pieces that were missing so I contacted customer service and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response saying they were sorry and would send me a whole new replacement! After reading all the negative reviews I must have been extremely lucky. I would 100% risk buying from them again.
Update: my replacement was never posted so after a week of waiting, I asked for a refund. The refund promptly went back to my wowcher account then wowcher placed the money back in my bank account.

Oberobiz doesn't even warrant 1 star, but you can't do no stars. I purchased a rechargeable floor fan, it will not charge, I emailed Alice at customer service, sent them a video twice, they couldn't open it, they then asked for photos, which I sent, how you are going to tell from photos that it doesn't charge. She then replied she needed a video. I give up, stay well clear of this company.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY MIS ADVERTISE. I BOUGHT 2 BALL LAUNCHERS FOR DOGS. THEY ARRIVED IN REALLY BATTERED BOXES (FROM CHINA) AND DIDN’T ‘LAUNCH’ AT ALL. YOU PLACE A BALL IN THE TOP AND IT DRIBBLES OUT ABOUT 6 INCHES IN THE BOTTOM. WHEN COMPLAINING THEY INSISTED THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM AND INSISTED I PAY THE £10 TO RETURN THEM. DISHONEST, CORRUPT AND TOTALLY SHADY …AVOID!!!

0/5 - Purchased voucher from WOWCHER! Redeemed and Not received large CareBear that was ordered in April 2026. Emailed the ‘Oberobiz’ site around 50 times, as advised in WOWCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS; however, NO RESPONSE. I am a vulnerable adult who has trusted the WOWCHER service for many years. Disgusted with WOWCHER for not carrying out relevant checks to protect their customers. I will never use the #WOWCHER website/App ever again.

If i could if gave 0 stars i would of. Took ages to arrive and then when it finally did you could realise how terribly made they was and that they have copyrighted a real brand

Disgusting customer service

Terrible company! I ordered a "solar powered" water feature. Looks SO cheap nothing like the pictures and also needs to be plugged in to allow pump to run. So not exactly solar powered. Contacted company with absolutely NO response.... best just avoid. This company sells via wowcher also so be aware.

Bought garden art via WOWCHER,
Advertised as metal agave plants, actual tin looks nothing like the product advertised, they want more money for me to post back ….throwing good money after bad. Avoid at all costs

I purchased a cardigan via wowcher and I received the wrong colour from my order.
After a few emails to & from this company they sent out another cardigan that was the colour I ordered.
Apart from no washing instructions I feel I received good customer service.

They were supposed to send me 2 items but I only received one. When I contacted them they fobbed me off with false delivery numbers and confirmations. They sent the same picture which was supposed to be taken by the delivery driver one at 13:30 and one at 21:30. Both pictures were taken during the daytime. Now they refuse to accept any responsibility. Do not shop with these people.

Bought a deal from wowcher for a pair of wireless earphones for my daughter. They arrived well over a week after the delivery date and they are nothing but cheap rubbish.
The ear parts were both broken and they don't even charge.
Do not recommend wasting your money on this company or wowcher for that matter.

Scam Company, They sell mobile phones on WOWCHER which are NOT GENUINE, They are selling a PIXEL PRO 9 XL on wowcher for £34.99 which is NOT genuine.

Selling Fake Phones via Wowcher / 5PM which is a disgrace in itself. Phone was advertised as a refurb in the listing but was actually a counterfeit fake cheap phone send from China that in no way resembled the spec of the expected ordered refurb (Pixel 9 Pro).
The other listings that I have now looked at all seem to have a very similar format for iPhones, Samsung etc but the reality is they are selling you a fake equivalent with little to no attempt to refund. Will see what 5pm/wowcher say but i suspect a loss unless i get my paypal dispute to succeed.
Wowcher should be held accountable for providing this company with a platform to sell counterfeit goods!!!

Do not buy from this company. Wowcher are selling there items on there site they are scam artists and so is Wowcher for allowing it to happen. They will rig delivery put it as delivered with no proof and just saying it’s tough you won’t get a product or refund

If I could leave no stars I would. Awful product not worth the package or postage. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I order UK small size coat and They send wrong size coat with really poor quality. Dont buy anything from them through Wowcher website from this website.

I ordered a Cards Against Humanity game as a gift via Wowcher. The item shown in the picture looked like the real game, but the item received was an unlicensed copy provided by Oberobiz. Wowcher appears to sell a lot of items provided by this company, despite its dismal reviews.
