This company sells the faulty items and try to get away with paying refund. Their customer support is just useless for the customers. The only thing they do it's dragging the time till it's too late to receive a refund from them. In all other companies you can send faulty items on the seller's expense. But with this one they want you to pay for return postage and ignore your emails. I was need to involve my bank to get my money refunded.

Servicii de calitate, livrare rapida, vânzător amabil👍

I ordered an ECU bench programmer and it worked great. It read and write to a Ford TC1767 from a Fiesta 2015 Ecoboost. The product has saved me well over 5 times the asking price so very happy.
Item Ref SE135-2

before i bought this OBDSTAR Odo Master i ask if works with my car they said yes but when arrived did not work , msg them every time they said give us minute , over a week i had to go to PayPal ask to return item to china i have to pay for postage no help from company they asking me to close the case with paypal and they will pay for postage . can you see scam i paid £500 for this xx item posted to china and PayPal refunded the money ,they saying they did not get the OBD was not in box , NOW i been getting Email THREATS been made by company that they WILL send some one to my house ?

Perfect!. Very good communication and solving doubts! I could buy again from them! Many thanks!

They delivered the item but they tried to scam me and taking 20days to send it so I messaged PayPal then they told me make sure you don’t close the case and the obd express will tell me to close the case but I didn’t because then I wouldn’t be able to clam my money back , if you buy pay by PayPal and DONT close case , some of the reviews on trust pilot are fake and made by obd themselves

Ho deciso di acquistare un Launch crp 129e su questo sito nonostante molte recensioni negative. Ottimo prezzo, prodotto nuovo, ben imballato ed originale, spedizione rapida. Nel mio caso ottimo venditore

Great company. Have been dealing with them for many years and never experience any issues. Always helpful and professional with the best pricing. Thank you.

I have bought several items from this company and I'm very happy with the service and the products.

Very good profesionals
Brilliant customer service with a speedy delivery.

Ordered BMW ICOM. Came in a box from china so not UK based as they state.

The ICOM I ordered was not ICOM. It is a cheap VXDIAG system inside an ICOM box. It is not compatible with BMW Ista which icom is made for.

just junk

Does anyone know the address of OBDEXPRESS

Ordered an expensive tool, £2750 from them, I was ask them few times if they got on stock, cause I need it ASAP, they confirm they told me in 5-7 working days will be with me. I was pay them in next moment. After 3 days told me they don't have one in EU just in China, and told me they will dispatch from there. I was say ok. From that message was past another 2 days, they are not answer on my messages any more, So after 5 days they still didn't dispatch my item, they are not responding to my messages, etc.....
Don't order from them !!!! they are not trust-able sellers.

The company is a mirage in uk they are based in China, item arrives not like described and plus with custom tax bill. When you returning item they giving you post service options not to use any of it looks like you must deliver by your self. And you never get your money back. !!!! VERY BAD ONLINE SHOP!!! AVOID !!!!

Great service!!!
