1 - I find the platform easy to use with tools that make decision-making during trading effective and easy
2 - Gwen who is allocated to service my account has been really prompt in her responses and resolves issues that I encounter really quick

Good service and platform access
Customer service is responsive, Customer service is responsive, went the extra mile even after office hours to figure out my trading issues. One of the few retail brokers that accepts API trades. Will be good if they expand their products in equity cfd.

I hope I can give 6 stars. Gwen and Kelvin delivered over and beyond what was expected of them. Their customer care was next level. I attended several of the complimentary trading masterclass conducted by Kelvin. I always gained new insights from Kelvin and he answered all my questions with a good demonstration of knowledge. Gwen was diligent in collecting feedbacks to improve the customer experience. I feel that OANDA is a company I could grow with as a trader.

Excellent experience with Oanda
I have been trading with Oanda for more than 1 year now. My overall experience has been excellent so far. I get timely updates from my account manager (Catherine Chan) every week; responses to my questions have been very prompt. Deposits and withdrawals are a breeze. I also get invited to events where I get to network with other fellow traders. I highly recommend Oanda for any serious trader looking for a reliable broker in Singapore.

I have oanda for more than 10 years
I have oanda for more than 10 years. The funding with paynow is great move to transfer out within the day. Since it has a office in Singapore cus support is good.

Excellent Trading Platform
I opened the CFD account with Oanda since June 2022.
Along the way, I have been given very good supports from my account managers. Questions are always answered properly to my satisfaction. Their patience are very impressive! Trading with Oanda has given me a pleasant trading experience.
I like Oanda because it can be used in Tradingview, hence it is convenient for me. In addition, Oanda's Your Daily Dose of Market Insights by Oanda in YOUTUBE is very informative and added value for me. Kelvin Wong who host the daily insight program is excellent! He provided the useful things to make us a better trader.
