NO customer support. I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and when they arrived I have double vision when wearing them. My everyday glasses bought through my eye doctor are perfect. I have attempted to get help from Oakley but no one will help me. The chat tells me to call, the phone tells me to chat! Either way, NO ONE ANSWERS either way!

One of the worst experiences with oakley. From them not honoring a 30% promo, to taking over 10 phone falls over a month to have some supervisor in India disrespect me over the phone and straight up cancel my order then still attempt to charge my card full price a week later. Im officially done ordering from oakley. End of an era. When you choose India to provide the worst customer service, you isolate your long term customer base. Ive been a oakley customer since I was a kid in HS... now I just purchased 6 new shades from underarmour for the same price as 1 from oakley. Buyer beware of the service at oakley

Super happy with SI and their discounts. I purchased my second set of Holbrook XL. I hope they are more durable. Been a customer of Oakley for a long time and they felt like the cheapest pair made and had more problems with them than any other pair. Hoping to chalk it up to a one time issue which is why I purchased an additional pair.

Good product, good return policy, horrible customer service. Six auto buttons to speak to a person, then I was hung up on, I called back, they closed just a few minutes previous so I was ditched for closing time I guess... Also tried earlier to take care of my problem via chat, told to call. Can't exchange or fix the single lens that was wrong, had to cancel and reorder.
