I used another network provider, without difficulty and bought another sim card and plan. No spend your time and money with O2 pay as you go. Avoid.

There are truly no words to explain how much Stefan Roman at the O2 Oxford Street location helped me — he genuinely saved the day (and, honestly, my sanity)! ❤️
I had initially reached out to the O2 Pay-As-You-Go team (4445) because I needed to keep my phone number of nearly 10 years active. Unfortunately, I was given such a hard time and was told I would need to have a new SIM card sent to my home and complete several additional steps just to keep my existing number.
I went back to the O2 Oxford Street location where I had originally purchased my Pay-As-You-Go top-up, and that’s when I met Stefan.
Not only did Stefan fix every issue that had been created, but he did it in a matter of minutes. What stood out most wasn’t just that he solved the problem — it was the confidence, reassurance and genuine care he showed throughout the entire process. He immediately made me feel heard and reassured me that he would get everything sorted.
After such a frustrating experience with customer service, Stefan completely restored my faith in O2.
This phone number is incredibly important to me as it’s connected to my banking and countless major accounts, so I cannot thank him enough for his support.

Oxford Street branch is nothing but…
Oxford Street branch is nothing but professional when dealing with my daughter's missing delivery. Countless hours spent on the phone in and shops, all to be resolved in one visit at this location. Thanks to Stefan for sorting it out and also giving her what she originally wanted without having to make us wait again like others over the phone said she will have to do. The online customer service can be much improved and we almost left O2 after almost 15 years.

I want to this store today and I met Stefan and he was amazing as all the staff, I had issues with my samsung watch ultra 2 not connecting and he was polite and very accommodating he solved my problem in minutes, unlike the first store I went in they kept me waiting for an hour just to have them not want to help and fobbed me off 2 hours later I was no further forward, this store on Oxford Street was just the best I would never recommend Tottenham Court Road, Thank you to the staff and stefan for getting me sorted, thanks,
