We recently visited the O2 store at Hempstead Valley in Gillingham Kent 4 times for help and advice as we had lost our internet. The assistant called Ben dealt with us each time and he was the most helpful and informative person we could have hoped to deal with. He was so patient in explaining our alternative options for the internet and advice on our mobile phones. Ben was clear, used terminology we understood, very approachable and friendly. O2 should be proud to have him work for them.

I was having trouble accessing emails on my new phone and I couldn’t get fingerprint recognition working properly after installing a screen protector. Herbie sorted both problems out for me. Fingerprint fix was relatively simple but email access proved far more difficult due to some random changes that I’d inadvertently made when transferring data from my old phone.

Herbie and all the amazing O2 staff at bluewater
Herbie, Adam, Ini, and Harry all have been amazing and have gone above and beyond for me in helping myself and my ex-girlfriend to achieve cancelling our Virgin media. Virgin media themselves have been utter disaster in every possible way. If it wasn’t for the O2 staff I don’t know what I would have done. My ex partner moved from my property and could not take her virgin media with her as her flat she was moving too is not virgin ready. Virgin never told us over the phone we could cancel because of this but it wasn’t until I went into the bluewater store that Herbie explained everything to me. I then spent the next 2 months visiting the store numerous times having all the staff mentioned helping me contacting Virgin repeatedly some days I was in tears because of Virgin media but the staff went above and beyond for me so with the help of all the staff at O2 we kept fighting Virgin as they kept telling me I had a cancellation bill of over £1000 eventually by sending me emails constantly even as it was being wavered I was still received emails.. eventually it all got waived and the staff all made sure things got sorted they made me feel welcome every time I visited the store numerous times they made me feel part of the o2 family and I could talk to each and everyone freely. There are other members of staff that sat and listened and helped but I didn’t get their names! In the end I sadly had to walk away from O2 because of virgin media and how bad they were if it wasn’t for them I would still be a loyal customer of O2 but I want to say a massive thank you to all your staff they all need recognition for their help support their time their patience and passion for helping people. I will never ever be able to thank them all enough for getting me through such a hard time in my life!

A massive thank you Herbie at the…
A massive thank you Herbie at the Bluewater store. I had tried to cancel my SIM that was out of contract several times before. I had tried at the big store at the O2 itself and via phone and the previous staff were really unhelpful and gave excuses as to why they couldn’t cancel. Herbie did it for me in less than 5 minutes. I don’t know my previous interactions with O2 staff were so difficult! Herbie was really friendly even though he was helping me with terminating my services. I really appreciated how quickly he helped me get it done - my son has additional needs and hates waiting around!

I went in for a replacement SIM and dale was excellent in the Bluewater store. Was quickly done and got the same number back with no issues, was in an out in 10 minutes so very happy.
Customer service was excellent and I will be going back in again soon once I'm ready for a new phone.
