Absolutely brilliant! I can't get this perfume in Christchurch and I'm so excited that it arrived within a few days from New York! This was after buying from another trader who claimed it was 'lost in... Se mere

Excellent product. Bought it for our Ute camping trip but not needed in the end. It will come in very handy using it in the home to get to the high cupboards in the kitchen. The only negative I found... Se mere

My order arrived after about a week of purchase. Good quality plant stand in a brass-like finish - exactly as the website described. Very reasonably priced and I would use the site for purchases again... Se mere

I was thrilled to be able to order my preferred perfume through NZ Outlet & the emails confirming purchase was on its way, however thinking it was coming from in store NZ wide was surprised how long delivery was then seeing in the packaging it had come from overseas was a little annoyed that this wasn't conveyed in original emails. However I did receive it in good condition a day later than the tracking suggested, which is pretty good in todays Covid world.
Thankyou

Besvarelse fra nzoutlet
Hi Brenda,
Thanks a lot for your review. We sincerely apologize that it is not in line with what you were expecting.
We have already mentioned in each of our product's description (first line in bold fonts) that whether the product will be shipped from Christchurch NZ warehouse or from one of our Overseas Warehouse. We have also put text on top of the site requesting all website visitors to read product descriptions. The local vs. international delivery time-frames have also been mentioned on each of the product pages, each order confirmation email and also on our shipping policy page as well.
These are not new additions and have been on the website since day 1 of making such products available for purchase to our customers. We request you to do a quick re-check and edit your review.
For any other query, please feel free to email us at info@nzoutlet.co.nz
