Worst service ever. I have been calling them from the last 3 days asking for my courier and every time same response that it is with the investigator looking into it and will get back to you asap and keep your phone handy. Even after 3 days no sign of courier. No update and no response to my emails. Frustrating asking for own courier. Don’t even try to book your courier with NZcourier otherwise you will regret.

Courier didn't even try and deliver. Just left card in mailbox and won't bring it back for 3 days. Claimed to have been to door and waited 5 minutes but as someone has been home all morning and we have 3 dogs this just doesn't add up. Lady on phone told me he even took a picture of the front door and left card there but I haven't seen this photo and the card was in the mailbox. Just a bunch of liars, why not apologise for not doing what they are paid to do and bring it back? Why keep lying?

Terrible service. Driver didn't even attempt to find my house, saying it was a fake address, yet I've lived here 9yrs and never have issues with other couriers.

Easily the worst service I have ever received! I sent a gift to my sister at the start of December for Christmas which NZ Couriers lost. I had a replacement sent which was then also lost.

I have been going round in circles for months now and have received zero compensation and my complaint has not been handled seriously at all. George East from customer service responds weekly just saying they'll get back but it has been 4 months now without any progress.

I would implore anyone not to use these couriers.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Appalling! They insisted on requiring a signature despite my instructions and did not communicate properly re why parcel was not delivered (cardboard in a letter box is no good if you're not here - use email or phone!).
They agreed to deliver it again on a definite date without a signature (confirming this in an email) but did not even make an attempt, and were going to ship it back to the supplier without notifying me.
The contact number given in the email turned out to be non-functional and they did not even provide me with a tracking number.

Sigh! This courier company simply doesn't care. We made an online purchase, paid for courier with instructions to deliver to front door. Instructions ignored and Item left in mailbox. Item stolen from mailbox. Rang NZcouriers. After over half hour wait on phone had to hang up and get on with my life. Useless, stressful service...if you can call it that. Not the first time this has happened.

Most horrific service ever! I have been struggling for over a week now to get my parcel delivered. They are too lazy to ring an intercom system, or wait for someone to open the door, much easier just too leave a redelivery card in the letterbox, you should be ashamed!

an over night service from my bank took 10 days to arrive for a 150km trip. I could have walked, picked up myself, If that was all, meh. But given the envelope had been opened (cut down the edge) and the credit card inside accessed and peel off sticker partially removed , not so meh. Tried to contact, but have no response from them. NZ Couriers- If you cant secure your packages, you shouldn't be in business

Multiple times nz courier’s unable to locate correct addresses. It is a regular situation for them to fail to do the most basic duty of they job. With todays technologies no excuse is acceptable for failing to find addresses that are not even rural. This time they managed to do it beyond belief. On the 9th of January I ordered from two different company that are based in Auckland. Both delivery took multiple attempt and failures for 2.5 weeks before I got them. I had to ask the support and assistance of the actually company who I ordered my parcel from to help get my orders be delivered finally. Unbelievably w/o shame they charge for this. Why? Why do we pay for bed service? Shouldn’t be taken some sort of responsibility?
I wish nz courier company would care what services the drivers delivering. If they would these ratings would be better. What will it take to train staff and keep them employed avoiding ongoing new drivers who just keep doing the same mistakes? Do we need to take it to the media to achieve proper shipping from this company?

This company should give the option to update parcel instructions, they want us to sign for every little thing even when it fits in the mail box which is down right outages! If I'm showering or in a 2nd story or have dogs they knock for a couple of seconds and then leave, no calling card, no Notification updates by email, txt or calling you have to check the original tracking that the sender has sent. Personally I wouldn't use them. Even when I missed a package last time and called to arrange a different drop off they came, didn't knock and just left it there which was the total opposite to what they usually do.

I'm in Lower Hutt. As usual, the item was not delivered to me. Started Jan 12 when the item showed up on Etsy tacking as delivered on Jan 12. No it wasn't. Endless tracking to find who's the local courier...NZ Couirers. Contact them. They claim they left a card for that tracking number Dec 28 cause no-one was home. 3 people were in the house all day. They claim they left a card. No card. They claim they sent the package back to the US. It didn't arrive. I've tried to get their delivery tag many times but the submit button doesn't work. (I do wonder if some courier has a room full of undelivered parcels somewhere.) Its got to the point where I won't buy from anyone who uses NZ Couriers, like Etsy uses what they call Global Postal Shipping. DHL please.

NZ couriers, They don't provide a means to contact via call. Not even when called to their customer service. They were not able to provide a Depot number. The parcel ticket mentioned to contact Depot directly, but they didn't care to provide contact info. The main contact number useless to connect to the required Depot.

I sent a parcel from Invercargill to Thames in the North Island at 2pm on the 14th Dec. The staff were just lovely and so friendly. The parcel arrived the next afternoon. I sent another parcel the next day and left my cash card there. They not only rang me to tell me, but one of the staff dropped it off to me on the way home. I'm glad I used them, and will again. Great service

they went to the wrong address so i had to go to the strangers house then when i went to do redelivery i had to pay for there mess up and then all of a sudden there was a time out now i cant get my Christmas packages on time all because of them

Very poor service. I was at home expecting a parcel delivery, saw the courier van into our yard, but I did not see the courier driver nor hearing any knock on the door or a phone call for delivery, then the driver drove off without any cards. It was when I went on the website to track my parcel that I noticed it was the courier for my parcel, and the reason for unsuccessful delivery was delivery attempted, which is totally untrue. This is the second time I've experienced this kind of service with nzcouriers, the drivers are not doing their job properly.

3 weeks and still waiting on my new laptop. Ordered from Albany North Shore, delivery address is West Auckland.

Extremely frustrated, annoyed and now very very angry.
In the past 2 weeks, I've ordered other items from Australia and China, all of which already arrived within 1 week via other couriers. Yet NZ Couriers fails to complete a simple domestic delivery.

Lodged multiple complaints to both NZ Couriers and the retailer I bought my laptop from. None of them seems to have a clue what's going on. Total clown show.

Received a status update on the tracking after more than a week that said "allow additional 1-2 more days". It's been another 1 week since that last update but still with no delivery and no further info. Waiting more than 2 weeks on a supposed 2 day estimated delivery.
Can't be that bloody hard to make an Auckland-to-Auckland delivery. Bloody shameful and useless.

Parcel was picked up on 24th Oct, stuck on 3rd Nov with status waiting for customer instruction. The only instruction I could think of was "hurry the f up"
