Awful site AVOID no communication when you try to withdraw! Asked for ID which I provided and still no withdrawal!
Allow you to deposit no problem without verifying account but as soon as you try to withdraw they ask which I’m sure is against UK gambling rules as account should be verified before any transaction.
It is now 23/10/22 not processed yet

Received an email today to say they are not paying my withdrawals because I used PayPal in my mothers name to deposit, but we’re happy to take deposits!!!! ABSOLUTE JOKE THAT THIS COMPANY IS EVEN ALLOWED TO STILL TRADE WITH THE THINGS IVE READ ON IT!
Said they will refund only my last deposit and they will keep the rest which I don’t think they are allowed to do so will be getting advise today about this!
At this point I don’t even care about the withdrawals as after reading about them I didn’t expect to receive them, but surely if it is not allowed to use a payment method in a different name then they are not allowed to keep the money!?

This is a review for the mobile site. The slots don't even fit the screen!!! Not one slot would fit meaning you couldn't see your balance. I tried switching to desktop and other browsers and it's the same. They charge for a deposit when no other site does so already you're down without even playing. The also have the lower rtp slot versions for pragmatic/playngo/red tiger and who knows what else. Don't waste your time here guys, way better sites than this shambolic mess

My stepdad Joined this ite Friday 5th August and deposited £40 which left his bank immediately its now Sunday 7th and still the deposit is not showing . Everything we speak to them they say we have to wait few days for deposit to go on or be refunded never known this before I wish we checked these reviews first . All bad reviews please avoid .

Signed up yesterday.. deposited £500 and was charged a fee of £12.50 for the privilege, there was no mention of fee prior to deposit, if I knew of fee I would never of signed up, I checked deposit T&Cs and it clearly states there is no fee, tried to contact customer services to query this, but online chat doesn't work, do not use this site, It's possibly the worst online casino I have ever had the misfortune to use.

I registred account and they didn't ask for any identification. I was able deposit and play straight away. I requested withdrawal of 400£ and then later 500£ and after I made my second withdrawal my account was blocked and then they asked for identification. I also have 209£ in account. After reviewing my documents they sent me e mail that they are confiscating all of my money in total 1109£ because i breached their terms and conditions by opening mote then one account with them. First they have to ask for identification before they let me play and deposit and they are not allowed to confiscate my money

Before joining i checked rtp on book of dead it clearly stated the 96.2rtp highest version of the game so i joined , deposited and played, few spins in i decided to check again to my shock i was playing the 94rtp version of the game.
