I recently used this website for a birthday and Mother’s Day gift as I am living in Australia and wanted something based in Ireland to post home. The gifts were packaged and delivered within two days. Excellent communication on delivery status and very cheap considering packaging came with a lovely designed card for Mother’s Day at the front. Really pleased with this website. Thank you

Okay I've had enough. Quality isn't good enough to save a company that doesn't reply to emails after 3 weeks awaiting an order. Christmas was just as bad and before Christmas too. I can be understanding to a point but im really done now.

I feel large company orders were prioritised over regular customer's over the Christmas and I have no idea where my recent order from January 3rd has disappeared to. I can't get a reply the last 3 days emailing and it seems my money and order are lost in the wind.

Zero correspondence and lack of care. I'll shop elsewhere after this completely unreliable.

Nutty Delights is hands down the best place to get premium nuts and dried fruits. I love how they combine healthy options with incredible taste. The variety is amazing—whether you’re craving something sweet, savoury, or raw, they’ve got it all. I tried their roasted almonds and dried mango, and both were absolutely delicious. It’s become my go-to store for healthy snacks. Highly recommended for anyone in Canada who loves natural, flavourful treats!

Honestly, their food is usually really good. It's usually high quality, and they offer a wide variety- though they can be slow to restock things. They're pricey for what they are, but regularly have sales and discounts.
On their website they offer novelty glass bottles filled with nuts, for example a glass bottle with a "Super Dad" sticker. Very cute, great gift idea, but they can't ship them- or at least that's what I was told when I ordered one for Fathers Day.
They also won't contact you if there's an issue like that- you'll have to email them.
Also, be careful if you and someone in your household order separately in the same sale because they sent my order and contact information (name, address, phone number, card details) in a box with someone else's sticker on it. This is a data breach and honestly we're shocked at how badly it was all handled.
The member of my household had to contact them, eventually got a call back and was essentially told that it was my fault because she had been placing orders with them for a longer period of time. Which makes no sense, in any way. A week or so later, she received an email stating that a person in the warehouse saw that the 2 orders had the same Eircode and "during final verification, they proceeded based on the Eircode alone".
This happened almost a month ago, at the time of writing and they still haven't reached out to me to explain what happened or to acknowledge that my information was given to someone else, let alone to apologise. I'm still upset this happened and at how blasé they were/ are about it. Honestly, neither of us want to order from them again.

You have delightfully fabulous products on your online shop. I just purchased 4 delicious products to start with, as this is my first time ordering from your online store. Your delivery service brilliant and goods on arrival and tasting were truly lovely. I will definitely be ordering from Nutty Delights again for sure. Thank you so much

In a similar experience to Juliet, I got an independent warning that my customer details have been compromised, but the company itself has not confirmed this.
I still get emails with discount offers since they were flagged by separate services as having a compromised database.

I would be wary of supplying credit card or other personal information to this company.

The quality of the walnuts I received is excellent. The website was very user friendly. The price compared favourably with my usual source. Delivery was quick and the order came in a sturdy cardboard box. I was delighted to have the option of plastic free packaging. This was a first for me. Top marks to Nutty Delights on all fronts.

The order came very quickly, everything was packed neatly and in brown paper bags , and labeled in front. Fruit is super nice, except the strawberries which are very sweet and only a certain percent actual strawberry. That is the only thing I did not like. Other than than, will be ordering again! Very large selection of products!

I recently placed my first order with Nutty Delights and was thrilled with the experience. My package arrived quickly, and the Goji berries were fresh and delicious—definitely top quality. Their seamless ordering process and attention to detail have convinced me to order again soon!

I haven't been able to buy hazelnuts in my local shops since the pandemic, finally found some here and they are so much better in quality than anything else I've ever bought in Ireland! Big, crunchy, no rancid ones (yes, this should be a given, but hasn't been my experience...)
