The product is a great idea, and has a longer lifespan than standard glass fibre insulation. The company were easy to deal with and the work was carried out the next day by Kelvin and his team. fitment was great and despite the size of the loft space the work was the fairly quickly. And they cleaned up leaving very little for me to do other than tidy up the items stored in the loft.

Great service over and above by Kelvin and Calum.

They wont stop calling me. Literally every day. Asking the same thing.

The Newcastle team were amazing, great bunch of lads, never stopped from the moment they came to leaving. They have done a first class job in the loft.

Manny and Bully, the Reading team came with plenty time, fitted the product and cleaned the fiber glass. I liked that i have the quote yesterday and got it installed today. I have also been given good advise about the boarding of the loft by Manny. On the other hand, i didn't like the quoting process and the sales pitch, coming from a ridiculous price to a more sensible one. Needed to speak to Mr Fodor to get a more reasonable price and to get the fiberglass removed to Mr Casey. Maybe i have overpaid, but I am happy with the job.

I am constantly receiving calls, sometimes as many as 5 a day, from Nutec. I have asked to be put on the "do not call" list many times but to no avail. I have patiently explained to them many times that I had my loft re-insulated a year ago but they keep calling.

They have the wrong address and postcode for me, I've told them but they keep calling.

It is simply harassment. The numbers they call from are virtual numbers so I cant block them. I've tried being polite, it doesn't work. I've tried being rude, it doesn't work.

Reading team done a amazing job in my roof today. They are clean and organize. Dont play around with the time. Really respectful people. Thank you.

Loft insulation
Our experience started with the loft inspection by Sean who explained the product very fully and helped us to understand how it could overcome our problem with mould on the sacker boards. Every time we approached him after his initial inspection he was extremely helpful and arranged for certain additional work to be undertaken at no extra cost.
The Reading team attended to install the product which took two days. From inspection it appears that the work has been well done and they explained what they were doing as the work progressed. They left the property clean and tidy on both days. Throughout the process they were both very polite and helpful and we were most appreciative of their professional approach.

We had a slightly difficult start as one of the team members was unwell, which caused a delay and a later arrival than planned. However, this was handled well, and a replacement was arranged so the work could still go ahead the same day.
From that point on, everything was excellent. Ricky and Kaylum were very professional, clearly experienced, and knew exactly what they were doing. They arrived fully prepared with all the necessary tools and materials, answered all my questions, and worked efficiently throughout.
I particularly appreciated their positive and cheerful attitude — it really made the whole experience much more pleasant.
They also left everything clean and tidy, which I really value. By the time they finished, I could already feel a noticeable difference — the space upstairs was much warmer straight away.
Overall, despite the initial delay, I am very happy with the service and the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend them.
