Website gives clear instructions

Not a great platform for sellers. They don't drive traffic to the website so you have to do the leg work.

If you're seller you don't have the time and probably experience doing this as you're concentrating on products or other parts of your business. You might as well sell on our own website (Shopify etc) and drive your own traffic there.

The only adverts I see going out on Facebook and Instagram are for new sellers. It's obvious that this is the how they generate the bulk of their income and none of this is redistributed to to marketing to get more customers to the website.

At least you know with Etsy, Amazon and eBay that they're spending money to drive traffic to these sites.

Listing items is clunky and takes a considerable amount of time if you have a larger catalogue of products. There isn't a feature to import items via csv file or api.

Disappointed that I've wasted time and money with the platform. No sales in 6 months of being on there. I know it's not my products as I have good success on other marketplaces. If numonday had more traffic then maybe the results would be better. They really need to consider doing more to market to the consumer and not sellers.

I bought one pair of earrings in 2022 and since then I keep getting spam emails from Numonday. I unsubscribe and I get a break for a while then the spam starts again.

Tried to close my account but I can't because I am not a seller. Rubbish website
