Gorgeous wax melts
The melts ate absolutely gorgeous and the smell is so authentic and lingers long after the candle has burned out.
The seller also gives free shipping codes, winner all round for me.

Numonday seller review
**Numonday have been in touch and have hopefully resolved the issues*** These have been ongoing since the start of September! And emails were sent at that time about customer orders disappearing! So that's when my account issues started, not the last email a couple of days ago.
But thank you for fixing them now.
I've been a Numonday seller for around a year.
It started off great, but now there are so many glitches with the platform its really difficult and frustrating.
I have orders disappearing from shop manager after a day or two. I make items to order so this isn't enough time. This is a fairly new issue.
I've had issues refunding through the payment platform, as now you have to email Numonday so they can issue the refund, after you've refunded Numonday. A very long winded and unnecessary process.
Now to top it off, I'm trying to organise a Black Friday sale and the shipping settings have disappeared from my shop manager. So my customers will be charged shipping per item, instead of combined postage.
You can only contact Numonday via email and they aren't quick to respond.
Even when they do respond, the problem isn't solved, they just send an email saying they will look into the issue and nothing is resolved.
I paid for a lifetime membership so as they're not making any further money from me, I assume the glitches on my account aren't top priority unfortunately.

They admit they dont offer phone support, which is the reason for my 1 star and now they are trying to get my review removed...
Phone support is important to me and others.
I am not your customer because of this.

Not good for sellers
They spend all their time marketing to get you to join but when something goes wrong, as it has with me, customer service and support is none existent.
I have tried contacting them by email and via Facebook messenger but they don't reply. This has been over weeks now and no response.
I spoke with a friend about how bad an experience I was having with them, and she told me she knows a few people who have had the same issues with support being none existent once they've got your money.
With me they changed the way they operate without telling me, which meant they removed my downloadable files without warning but left the shop running (so they could continue to charge me). This caused a complaint when a customer bought the product not realising (as neither did I) that Numonday had changed it's policy for downloadables and therefore deleted my products.
I've had no help regarding this apart from the link they've put below, which doesn't explain why they didn't warn me they were deleting my files, or help me regarding the complaint. They've ignored all my emails and Facebook messages.
To change policy and remove the files I spent a lot of time uploading, without contacting me and then not to reply to me, is terrible service and highlights what they are all about - getting people to sign up then leaving them without any support team.
