The majority of our customers receive their items within 48 hours. Despite our best efforts we cannot guarantee that delivery arrivals will be without delays or disruptions.
Royal Mail has stated, despite their best endeavours, it’s likely some areas of the country will experience some level of disruption due to Coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices.

Used promotional offer on 300mg CBD, came on time. Prob not strong enough as did not feel any effect. Website had an error which meant contact email was wrong.

Firstly sincere apologies for our delayed response to your feedback and secondly so sorry to hear that your package took such a long time to get to you. We send out all items within 24/48 hours, this is usually verified on the invoice we send with your item and should cross-reference with your tracking details, which informs you that your parcel has been dispatched. We send the majority of the packages Royal Mail 48 hours......however, there have been delays and disruptions due to the pandemic on occasions; and if the mail is sent internationally as this item was, the delays may be longer than usual. We have put a COVID -19 delivery notice on the website - stating we are doing our best, but cannot guarantee that some deliveries will be without delays or disruptions.

Sorry for the delayed response on here. We send all our products tracked via Royal Mail 48 hours, and try and dispatch them out on the same day if ordered before 3pm Monday - Friday. All items ordered over the week-end are sent out on Monday. We send a confirmation email with tracking number, which lets the customer know that the item has been posted . However, on occasions there may be delays and Royal Mail cannot guarantee that delivery arrivals will be without delays or disruptions especially during lockdown. It is frustrating for both us and the customer when this happens , and can only apologies.

Had tried to obtain odourless garlic from local supermarket without success, I searched the web and found Nuevita who could provide them at a reasonable price. Easy to order and arrived on time. The items were also well wrapped. Can't fault this company at all, really good.
