Nudo Adopt Anmeldelser 

This place was amazing, but I'm wondering if they went out of business or something. I placed an order on July 27 and have sent 4 emails, 3 contact us messages, a Facebook message, Instagram message, and LinkedIn message since August 10 and have not heard anything back from them.

I was previously a happy customer with Nudo Olive Oil. I had a subscription for quarterly deliveries and until 2026 all was well and the olive oil was wonderful. In 2026, they took my money, and I have not received any olive oil, and no response to any of my emails. I have emailed them over a dozen times. I would be careful ordering anything from this company.

I am not sure what is going on with this company. I never received my January order and after being told my April order was here in the states and would be dispatched in the next few days, I have received nothing. That message was from May 7th. I emailed again and no response. I tried to login to the site and it says my last two orders are "awaiting delivery". I tried to erase my credit card info from the site and it won't let me. While the oil was fabulous and I will miss it, they are no longer delivering product but still taking my money.

After being a happy Nudo Adopt customer for over 7 years, and after having written a great review previously, I now must change my 5 stars to 1 star. I ordered 6 containers of EVOO from “my” grove, and received only 3. When I emailed, I was told that there had been an error and the additional 3 containers would be sent within 48 hours. It has now been 19 days, and I have received nothing and have heard nothing else from Georgie. I am so disappointed because I have had great products and wonderful service from Nudo in the past. I don’t know what happened, but I won’t be doing business with them any more.
UPDATE: I had rated Nudo Adopt at 1 star; I am changing that to 3 stars. Three days ago, I received an email telling me that my order had shipped. No other note came with it. Yesterday, I received the additional 3 containers of EVOO. I also received a bottle of balsamic vinegar that I hadn’t ordered. Again, no note. But perhaps it was a “gift” for my inconvenience. I don’t know. I am happy that I got my complete order, but it’s evident that their customer service has declined; hence, the 3 stars.

Order was done on 2026 January 22. Still not delivered, no contact today is may 2026z Scam page for tracking was provided. Took my money from my gift voucher and also paid for delivery but parcel was never posted. no answers from customer service and scam with failed tracking numbers and pretended lost parcels. No calls, phone numbers are not working. Couldn’t believe this company is in UK. Around £135 are out of my pocket.

The product was finally received 22nd of May. If it weren’t for the lack of communication and the shipping mistakes within their team, the experience would have been perfect. The olive oil itself is absolutely amazing…. tasty, healthy,incredibly rich in flavor! Love this oil…

It's hard to say a big-enough Grazie! to Nudo for planting in us the dream of Italy – and keeping it going through so many meals, over so many years. We got hooked at the start of their clever adoption program, when, as a gift from our daughter, we found ourselves "parents" (or was it "grandparents"?) of a young Leccino olive tree growing in Le Marche. Getting to "watch" its progress to our table through Nudo's online flow of information, updates, and recipes fast became exciting, fun, and educational – though the best part was always the first drop of its unctuous deliciousness as each handsome tin was opened! By now we've purchased several more Nudo products for ourselves and as gifts: other oils, panettone, almond logs, and various balsamic condiments. We've found the Nudo ordering system, customer service, and delivery to be reliable and prompt (even though it's often involved friends, family, or ourselves in three different countries). And all these years later, Nudo remains our go-to for specialty gift giving – and for us. Unique, easy, sublime!

We’ve been using Nudo Olive Oil since 2015. Once we had our first taste of this delicious Olive Oil, we knew no other could compare in taste and quality.

We’ve also had friends who tried it, and couldn’t believe how good Nudo is. They in turn recommended it to others, who now are all happy Nudo lovers.

The service is excellent, and customer service is very pleasant going out of their way to help.

Your website is absolutely awful.
I can't get to the shop, i get caught in a continual loop of sign in.
When i do put a gift set in my basket, bearing in mind it only shows me a very limited selection, it then wont allow me to buy it because royal mail wont deliver it.
Whats going on ?

Fabulous customer service! Great quality and variety of products, and excellent prices. I have had a couple of occasions to engage Customer Service and they went above and beyond addressing the issues. They are a great company to work with and the only way I would ever buy EVOO. Long time customer!!

I’ve been a subscriber for years and have enjoyed the oils immensely. But it is the customer service where this company stands out. I recently received a delivery, and one of the bottles had a leak. I could tell that it wasn’t a transit damage but was a defect in the bottle itself. I emailed the company, and Georgie responded to me the next business day, acknowledging the issue and indicating that a replacement would be sent. Within 48 hours I had a tracking number for replacement oil. Thank you Nudo (and Georgie) for the quick response.

I received Nudo olive oil as a gift about 6 years ago, and have been ordering from Nudo Adopt ever since. Their products are excellent, and Georgie, in customer service, has gone above and beyond in answering any questions I have and in helping me place orders (when needed). The olive oil comes well-packed and I always receive it in a timely manner. I get all my EVOO from Nudo Adopt.
