Title: Great Customer Support That Resolved a Difficult Situation
I had an unfortunate issue with my order because it was marked as delivered while I was unable to receive it. Initially, I was disappointed since the package could not be recovered, and later it also turned out that a replacement could not be shipped to my home country.
What made the difference was the customer support. Victor took the time to understand my situation, listened to my concerns, communicated with his supervisor several times, and continued looking for a fair solution instead of simply repeating the company policy.
Although the process took some time, I truly appreciated the professionalism, respectful communication, and genuine effort to help. In the end, NuBest approved a full refund as an exception, which I believe was a fair resolution.
